We had a great stay for our trip to Granite Peak. Kitchen was well stocked, especially for coffee lovers. We would stay here again. I bet it would be fantastic in the summer time with the water access via canoe.

This home was perfect for our family to stay in for our ski trip to Wausau. It fit our family perfectly and was super close to the ski resort. We enjoyed the space and drying areas that accommodated all our snow/ski gear. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly when we had questions.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Big & beautiful home. It was great for our crew. Plenty of comfortable beds. The details of the stay were great. It felt like our personal 5 star hotel. Halder Bridge bar had delicious food just minutes away. The back patio sitting was delightful watching the sleds pass on by.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nick and Rosario's Wausau home. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the updated kitchen and furnishings throughout made for a very comfortable stay. There is a nice enclosed vestibule at the entrance, which was great for storing our ski gear. The location is a short walk to the vibrant downtown area and a 10-minute drive to the Granite Peak ski area. Nick was an extremely responsive and gracious host who bent over backwards to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again, Nick—we would most definitely stay here again!

Such a great location! Loved the view and the apartment was super clean and brand new! Bed was comfy and the apartment is extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We frequent the Wausau area often and would love to book the is place again over staying at a hotel! Thanks for a great stay!

Fred was an amazing host. Friendly, helpful, and solved our problems promptly. The neighborhood, home, and space were beautiful. We loved watching the sunset and the wildlife out the windows facing the backyard, and the gas stove was very cozy. But based on the pictures and the number of beds, we expected to receive the whole house and several bedrooms. But the private entrance is for the lower level only and two of the beds are in a large single living space, which is ad divided and private as possible with the furnishings. It was a very private and a beautiful place, and we were not is it warmer negatively affected at all by our misperception. However if you were planning to stay here with multiple couples, more than one bed in the same living space might be awkward.

Had to be in town for a few days of appointments. It's quite a drive for us, so I decided to book an AirBNB. I booked Kathleens place after learning that my go to BNB was occupied during the time that we needed. Kathleens place will just have to go on my list of BNB options in the area. The place was more than I even expected... I don't think the listing does the space justice. I will admit that if you are after brand new, squeaky clean, sterile conditions this might not be the place for you. It was absolutely clean in every way that mattered but had a vintage cabin charm that you just cannot get with "sterile" We felt right at home, and I would not have it any other way. I was able to DoorDash some groceries and make pancakes in the morning! I forgot a couple things but found that the things I needed had already been left in the kitchen. What hotel could we have done that at? Kathleens place is a great example of what I love about AirBNB. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

I had a really great time here. I was here for a job assignment for a whole month. Nothing beats coming home to a very clean and beautifully furnished, quiet apartment after a long day at work. The whole place always smelled good. Everything is provided and all you have to bring is your clothes and some groceries. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were free for my whole stay. The WIFI was pretty fast as well. I loved just relaxing in the living room while you hear the ambient sound of the plow trucks passing by from outside. But don't worry, by 8 pm, everything gets quiet and you won't hear anything from outside. Sometimes I thought it was too quiet. The neighbors in the building were super quiet as well. Hopefully next time, I can rent this place again, but next time, I'll bring my family. There are a lot of things you can do around the area. There is a brewery across the street and I was told that it is one, if not, "the best" in town. Heidi was nice enough to leave a binder of all the great things you can do around the area. From restaurants to adventures. Thank you Heidi and hope to stay here again.

This unit was very spacious for four adults (2 couples) and could easily have accommodated another couple! Spacious kitchen, living room and dining space. Nice to have 2 large bathrooms and a spacious laundry room. Jeff was very communicative and easy to work with. Parking was on the street but we never had an issue getting a spot right out front.

Beautiful second floor downtown condo. The location was very walkable to parks, the farmers' market, and downtown restaurants, yet also was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms inside were very spacious and charming.

David’s place was a wonderful stay while I explored Wausau and the surrounding area. I appreciated the updated amenities and the wifi was fast enough to support a few hours of work over Zoom. I would definitely stay here again.
