Modern apartment in a beautiful building. Very clean, cozy, with a fabulous shower in terms of pressure and space. Beautiful spacious room, terrace equipped with laundry. Last but definitely not least, there is a reserved parking space inside the courtyard. Bruno proved to be an excellent, available and responsive host. This accommodation deserves a longer stay because it's really nice.

Francesca was immediately responsive from the minute we arrived. She went out of her way to assist us in finding parking in the area which was pretty busy due to some kind of special school event all weekend. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. The location was perfect - tons of shopping and restaurants just minutes from the door. The area was walkable and clean and I felt very safe even late. night.

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

The location of the house couldn't have been better than this, it was perfect! The village is lovely and charming, with lots of hidden corners to explore by foot. The cute village cats were very friendly, they would frequently visit our front door begging to get pets. As for the house itself, there are many room for improvements, but we still had a great time staying there. The host, Josie, is super friendly and is always ready to offer help when you need it. We had a small car accident and Josie helped us lots with that although she wasn't in Italy at that time, which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity, such that we could explore this beautiful village!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has large spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strong point is the extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we will definitely be back! We stayed a week at Casa Oliveto and had a great time. The house is peacefully located in an olive grove with view on the mountains. The personal welcoming and attention of Silvia and Rosa made our stay complete and special. They are very good hosts, always ready to help and provided wonderful recommendations. Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

My friend and I only had a short 3 night stay at Cellino Attanasio but it felt like so much longer! Time slows down when you arrive allowing you to really switch off and relax. The rooms were absolutely pristine in every way and recently renovated to a very high spec. Pierpaolo was lovely and so accommodating, he recommended places to eat and towns to visit. He was always on hand whenever we needed to ask him anything. Overall we couldn’t recommend Cellino Attanasio enough, we can’t fault it at all!

Both Gabriella and her mother, the latter took care of our welcome, were very helpful. When we arrived, the lady took care to turn on the fireplace for us, not to mention the fact that she kindly let our children use her snow slides. Very clean sheets, comfortable beds, very large fireplace and location of the central house 2 steps (literally) from the dairy, the oven, the bar and the trattoria. San Leonardo Pass can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Claudia met me at the apartment to show me around. The apartment was lovely. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was best used in the daytime...as during the evening the mosquitos did come out. But Claudia did provide mosquito repellent. Parking was super convenient. The building and neighborhood were quiet. Was a short walk to the water and castle. Thank you!

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto, but experiencing it from Stefano's house was a unique experience... the view, the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs), the infinity of stars to contemplate (in fact I brought the telescope and I would absolutely recommend this place to amateur astronomers like me) for me would be enough for what I paid. Stefano's house is simply beautiful, welcoming (like him), warm, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. A godsend for our dogs who were able to run wild in complete safety. Stefano is also an exquisite person, he explains everything about the house and more (excursions, food, surroundings), and chatting with us is really a pleasure. I'll be back soon.
