The house was located in a beautiful neighborhood a little far from the city which was just what I wanted. I took my 3 dogs to the trip since the house had a big backyard and they loved it. The coffee in that balcony with the fresh air was the prime of my day. Definitely I would go back!!

The house is beautiful. very comfortable and equipped. it is in the middle of the Peralta Ramos forest, it has a lot of green and a lot of peace. It is ideal for unplugging and enjoying yourself. You can tell that it is decorated and equipped with affection. i recommend it 100%

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Sebastian's house! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sebastian is an excellent host - very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant beach retreat.

Our stay was wondrous. Cute home in a very quiet neighborhood. A little far away, in area developing, but ideal to enjoy nature and the singing of birds. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice. Just like the photos and description. The pool is an important plus for days when you can't be for playa. Maybe it would be good if I have an air in the room for very hot days (if you have a fan). The neighborhood is super quiet but close to the best area for walking, eating and shopping. The only thing against is that in front they are building 2 buildings, so at times, during the day, it can be somewhat annoying if you want to rest.

The place is very cute, very well located for access to the best beaches. The attention received was very good, always attentive to our needs and they gave us the apartment in an impeccable condition. Thank you very much!!

Excellent apartment for a vacation at home. The department as the photos. While the building has its years all working 1000 points. Safe, quick elevators, the apartment is impeccable all new, even the home appliances. Fernando super attentive from before and during the stay so that everything is perfect. Unbeatable location, super comfortable and safe accesses. Worthy of recommendations and all the stars you have as host.

Everything is excellent. Very nice neighborhood. The only bad thing is the entrance to the neighborhood because the security ones are half corkis.

A unique place within Mar del Plata; the heated pool and all the green space are a plus if you really want to relax within the city. The hosts always online and helping us with inquiries and to make our stay enjoyable. The place is very quiet and with great privacy. We will definitely be back

Joaquín's house is exactly what you see in the photos. Everything works. It won't have great luxuries but complied. We were 7 friends to spend 5 days. The bathrooms are comfortable. The beds are great. The garden area and pool are by far the best. The grill is OK, they could change the shovel that no longer gives. All in all, they could improve some details, but nothing serious. The house meets to go a few days. While it's a bit far away, the area's beaches are great, and if they go to MUTE they can go and walk back.

Very beautiful place with a great space where you can enjoy all that the home has to offer. The place is quiet and is a 25/30 minute drive to downtown and the beaches. María Eugenia was always willing to answer any questions. I would definitely choose the place to stay again.

Mariana's house is super quiet. She is always willing to answer our queries. The house has everything you need. There are warehouses nearby. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach that is 3 blocks away is very nice and there are others nearby that are very beautiful, such as golden beach. We will be back. If you want tranquility and beach nearby, it is a great option.

This is a beautiful, private, and peaceful place! When we arrived in the neighborhood, we had a bit of trouble finding the house, but Rocio was super quick and friendly in helping us sort it out. The house itself is fully equipped and impeccably clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience!

Very cozy cabin, I fell in love with the sink on the second floor and now I want the same☺️ House very clean, there are no unnecessary things, two baths in the house it's so convenient! There is also the possibility of breakfast outside, everything is very private and peaceful, there is no noise from the road or neighbors. We were with the child, Juan kindly provided a small mattress and a bathtub for swimming. Also, the host of the house allowed us to check out a little later, thank you very much for the opportunity to sleep the child and improve us🙏🏻 Everything was great, we would come back more than once😊

very clean and tidy, lively super predisposed and attentive always, flexible at check-in and out. The only one to recommend is to go by car, since it is not very close to the beach or downtown as if to go on foot, otherwise excellent.

The place is the same as the photos, the location in the neighborhood is ideal. Everything is very quiet. Agustina was very attentive throughout the stay, the only thing is that one of the rooms does not have ventilation and a little humidity smell is concentrated but everything else was great!! I recommend it.
