It is a detached house that shares the same plot with a larger house in one of the most sought-after residential neighborhoods in Mar del Plata. The house is the same distance from Playa Grande or Playa la Perla, which by car takes no more than 10 minutes to travel. There is a shopping area a few blocks from the house with all amenities, including restaurants. Any inconvenience that appears is resolved quickly since the owners live next door, in the larger house.

The house is located in the La Florida neighborhood (forest reserve), bordering a private field. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has Wifi, Smart TV, kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric pava and toaster. It has a swimming pool (13x5) for exclusive use. You can sunbathe in the deck, prepare a meal on the grill. It has a vehicle entrance. We are 10 minutes from the beach (by car), five minutes from Carrefour, Outlet la Florida and Av.

Visit Mar del Plata and stay in a cozy single environment, special for couples, 3 blocks from the beaches of the North, and very close to Av. Constitución, where you will find locals, cafes, restaurants, breweries and everything you need for your fun. The monoenvironment is located on the High Floor of a house, with own access by staircase, and private bathroom on the ground floor ( the bathroom is not shared, it is only for guests use)
