The stay was excellent. The house had everything you need to have a wonderful time with the family. The rooms have a good layout, the living room is spacious and the garden is beautiful. Laura was extremely kind and was attentive to everything. When we return to Pinamar, we will definitely stay here.

The apartment overlooks a marble full of vegetation and birds, with partial ocean view. Very good location, very close to a pier with a restaurant. I recommend it.

The host was very kind from our arrival to our departure, very responsive. A little far from downtown but if you have a car to get around there is no inconvenience. Very nice bathroom and rooms, it has a garage, wifi and air conditioning downstairs. In the rooms upstairs the heat is sweltering.

The apartment is spacious and very nice, better q in the photos! It has all the necessary elements. The place is beautiful, but from the route( Dde is the guard) to the deptos are 4 kilometers. There is a very basic pantry but it is open until 3pm. It is convenient to do shopping in Costa Esmeralda which is next to it on Route 11. We had a beautiful stay! The apartment is a dream, with ideal views and an unusual spaciousness on the coast. Modern, excellently decorated, with all the necessary elements to spend a few unparalleled days. It also has direct beach access where there are sun loungers and palapas. The outdoor pool is huge and very clean. As a recommendation (which Gabriela also made to me when booking) you have to think about arriving with some purchases made, since there is nothing very close to buy. A good option is the MaxiCarrefour, which is between 74th and 11th. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the items you need to cook and use the grill. It does not have air conditioning in the living room but with the air of the rooms and the fan we were super good. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.
