Apartment located in La Manga in a very quiet urbanization with all the services (spa, private parking). The apartment has all the amenities, very well equipped the kitchen and a terrace with ocean views that is the real plus. Davinia has been very attentive, she left us a few more hours in the apartment and was very nice. We'll be back!

Javier's accommodation seemed to us very nice and welcoming. We were very comfortable, we loved the area because it was one minute from the promenade. The terrace from which you can see a piece of sea is appreciated. Value for money is unbeatable. Everything mentioned by Javier from the apartment in the listing is what we found. 100% recommended.

The stay. It was very pleasant, the place quiet but with everything you need very close. Non-massified and clean beaches. The facilities of the apartment (pool, parking) are clean and permanently monitored. After several previous failures, vacations have been a success

The apartment was 5 star all round . location was excellent, initially we got lost try to find it, however a nice local was showed us the way. Will definitely stay again. everything was there. x

we had such a lovely week away. the accommodation was perfect with stunning views of the sea. it was very comfortable for the 2 of us.

First impression was how clean the house was throughout, everything you need for a fabulous holiday by the beach. Ceferina has made a lovely home for us to enjoy with lovely bed linen, plenty of towels, coffee/sugar, a welcome pack at our arrival and much much more. Just a few paces to a lovely beach and nice walks along the promenade. Not too many places open due to winter but we managed to do some lovely sightseeing in the area. It is a must to have a car but a delight if you want a beach holiday with your family. I would recommend this lovely house and thank you Ceferina.

Great place, great location. Lola is out-standing! Very freindly and helpful. The property is just as described. The only downside is the bad smell from the sea at morning hours which renders the terraces unuseable, but that ofcourse is by no measure the host's fault.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. The photos matched reality well. Capo Roig's stunning walk by the sea began twenty meters away, and you could get to the sandy beach in five minutes. Sany and Pedro were always quick to answer my questions kindly. Highly recommend!

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Stay in amazing apartment, first line, beautiful ocean view. Close to a quiet cove to go with our daughter. In the apartment you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Fermín was very attentive with us, allowing us to delay the trip two days and then allowing us to extend the stay time.
