An easy place to find, where you are received in a very friendly way and the house is very spacious and all rooms have air conditioning. And a patio where there is a barbecue space and the pool fun to spend with the family. In front of the sea where you have a very good spot to spend it quiet and also many restaurants around and even a place to learn to surf! 100/10

This place was absolutely perfect for a surf trip! Balcony is amazing to hang out during day and watch the ocean! Will definitely be staying here next visit!

Gary & Lisa are great hosts. We loved our stay on this beautiful beach, and extended our stay from one week to two. The rancho is spectacular, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is great. Spacious property with ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets. We rented a motorcycle in town which made getting round fun and easy. Thank you so much for having us! Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Don Alfredo’s place. If you are willing to make the effort to get there it is paradise. The house and property are exactly as described. The highlight for us was Dona Luci and her family. She is the caretaker of the property and is there for anything you might need. She will cook for you and help you with anything at all. Don Alfredo was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive. I will be back as soon as I can.

Lacie was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She is a wonderful host and communicated great! She is available for any questions and the area is just beautiful and the all the people are very very friendly. Her place is gorgeous and better than you’ll expect. One of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 10/10!!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop
