Diego and Sofia were wonderful hosts! They were responsive and flexible with my check in time and received me into their property with a warm welcome. The space is exactly how it shows in the photos; it is a loft-style guest home with a private entrance. They offered me the privacy that I needed, but always available in case I needed anything. They offered to send the cleaning lady to tidy up the space on multiple occasions throughout my stay and provided fresh towels, as needed. It is well equipped with everything you need during a stay and went above and beyond with a welcome basket. They also provided a generator that kept the power running 24/7. I was concerned about the power outages that are currently going on, but I worked full time virtually during my stay and the internet held up great for all of my video calls. The internet has difficulty reaching upstairs in the loft, but downstairs works without a problem. Overall, I was delighted with my stay. I felt safe and at home.

The super comfortable place had all the necessary inputs super clean the attention from Vicente on arrival and on departure it was excellent I 100% recommend the place as it complies with each of the things that it details in the post.

We felt right at home. The place is new, clean and well equipped and is in a safe area. We will be back.

Excellent, second time we stay.

The location is very good and the apartment is better than most. The furniture is higher quality than is usual and all of the extras (soap, towels, etc.) were in order. Was easy to get in and out of the building and is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. No complaints to be had.

Is it fine very easy self check-in and very quiet we stayed and slept in until 11 very nicely and I can only say those have been the best showers I’ve had in my stay in ecuador

An excellent place to vacation, it is very nice and Xavier's service is very good, due to arrival and any additional needs. The house is quiet and is very well equipped so you don't miss anything.

Beautiful location, incredible views to the ocean - in a safe and well managed and high-end community. Bolo was an excellent and attentive host. The two floor apartment is modern and stylish, roomy with an enormous terrace. Comfortable for up to 10 adults. It is private and on a quiet road. Although some of the appliances are due an upgrade (washing machine, oven and showers are shabby and dated) it is overall a well appointed property and ideal for a short break at Ecuador's magical Pacific Coast.

Communication with the Host was excellent, always attentive to comfort and soon resolves any concerns. The completely new place, well equipped and clean.

This place has a generator!! Which, given the current energy rationing, is huge - you will have AC and Wifi with no interruptions. Besides that, the apartment is lovely - I loved the bright, airy kitchen with the view of the mall - HUGE windows, the first floor gets GREAT light. Two balconies, you're 2 minutes walk from the mall and Av. Flavio Reyes, which has restaurants and bars. Careful if you plan on having guests - the hosts require you to advise them beforehand and threatened to charge 10 dollars for any guest that stays more than two hours, which seemed miserly. Besides that, I had a great experience with the hosts, who were very responsive, even sending a spare key by taxi at night when I got locked out - careful, the door locks automatically!
