Excellent stay... very nice ocean view and the social club facilities are very good... I really spent a time of rest and relaxation... I would gladly come back... Diego, who took care of us in everything, was very precise in the instructions and always attentive to any questions... in general everything was 10/10.

We loved the place, mainly the view, close to restaurants, the mall and they offer several services included in the price such as the use of the pool and jacuzzi. Communication was very quick, which helped us a lot on the trip, very good hosts.

My husband and I were on vacation and decided to go to Manta, but we had a problem with the hotel where we were going to stay; so we decided to check airbnb, and we found this beautiful apartment, very cozy, totally clean, with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days on vacation. The Host and the Administrator are very friendly. The truth is that I am very thorough when choosing options and we simply loved it, and of course we would come back. Many blessings for Mr. Aveiga and his family; and for his Administrator, Mr. Cristhian Mejía, also many blessings.

If you are looking for a super quiet place to relax, this is the perfect place! The location in a safe, central area of Manta. The hosts were very nice and attentive, and they made us feel right at home.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place! Everything was great, though I’d suggest adding tinted windows for more privacy when the shades are up in the bedroom. That aside, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!
