Fantastic stay at Ana Maria’s place! Conveniently located, charming and cozy space. More than enough room to feel at home. Snacks were great :) Very easy street parking was a relief!

Barbara ‘s place is a listing I will remember! I felt right at home in her cozy apartment as she greeted me with lovely Mau Mau the cat. So many amenities! Snacks, cereals, yogurt, plenty of coffee pods for the keurig machine, bathroom also fully stocked … I only had to bring my toothbrush. The place was quiet, the bed comfortable and Mau Mau is a true gem. I will be back!

Ron was easy to work with, super responsive and very friendly. We stay on the island regularly and we would definitely stay here again. It felt spacious for the area, updated and clean. The location is super convenient to all the island has to offer from Marine Ave to the ferry. The parking spot in the alley was wonderful to have on a busy holiday week. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and amenities in the bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer inside the home was also ideal! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay, great host. We got in early, & he was flexible about us checking in a little early. Very clear instructions, comfy clean bed, felt like a nice hotel room. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10 great value for your money

Our family had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week at Bradley's apartment. Bradley's father Robert was there to greet us and was warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was as described and very clean. Parking was easy with the provided permit. The location was fantastic - tons of fun restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The beautiful beach was a few blocks away down the hill and we appreciated Bradley providing beach chairs and towels for our use. We loved Manhattan Beach and will definitely be back!

This has been our home away from home and we have stayed there many times over the last 9 years. Marc and Kurt are kind, friendly and always available if needed. The home is lovely, well equipped and parking is a breeze. This historic neighborhood is quite and very safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Thank you both for your hospitality.

Very nice. Quiet, private and safe neighborhood. About 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants bars and shops on 2nd Street. There are other places closer. The place is well equipped. Parking on Thursdays and Fridays can be a bit challenging in the mornings due to street sweepers. I would stay here again.

Michael’s place is very nice, clean, well stocked, and organized. The location is great. Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Michael was responsive and kind. Brought us cookies from the local bakery.

Juan’s spot was great - excellent location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops around Silver Lake, but the AirBnB itself is peaceful so you get the best of both worlds. My fave part was the outdoor patio overlooking Juan’s yard, which was filled with beautiful plants and his two sweet, adorable husky dogs. There’s a fence between you and Juan’s yard so if you dislike dogs, there’s no need to interact. But if you love dogs it’s a big bonus :) The AirBnB was very clean and comfortable. Juan was super friendly when we crossed paths. I’d stay there again and I highly recommend it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lee’s place and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The space is a great size with great amenities. Hoping to stay here again on my next visit to Newport.

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming Pasadena home! From the moment I arrived, I felt immediately welcomed. The house is not only beautifully decorated but also has such a cozy, homely feel to it. The attention to detail in every room made it clear that the hosts truly care about providing a comfortable experience. The outdoor space was an added bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is ideal, too—just a short distance from great local restaurants, shops, and attractions. This is a lovely quiet neighborhood and a very nice accommodation. Our son lives nearby so it is perfect for our visits.

Super helpful and generous host. Nice, quiet, comfortable little place. They provided TONS of clean towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioners all topped up, even a brand new scrub brush at the kitchen sink. They also had tasteful Christmas decorations up, which was a nice touch. Only thing I'd note is they mention the garage is small. It's actually very small, and the street is super narrow. It's very difficult to park and to get in/out of your car. Definitely recommend renting a small convertible if possible. We rented a midsized sedan and it barely fit. That said, it's super nice to have a locking garage with the rental, and the garage is very clean, nice and convenient.

Amazing staff, Alejandra is and absolute gem. Super hard working, literally came to drop off the keys 3 hours earlier due to a change of plans (on my part) without any frustration. The spot is clean as a whistle and beautiful. I enjoyed it so much I did the laundry for them just to be nice! The only gripe I have was the apartment not having a cash app code somewhere so I could have left a tip, I rarely carry cash but they would have deserved it!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb I stayed for three days, and it far exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of LA’s vibrant community, surrounded by countless restaurants and right in the middle of all the action. What really surprised me was how well thought out this apartment was. The view was a pleasant surprise, and the convenience of a perfectly functioning washer and dryer made a big difference. The coffee machine was loaded and ready to go, the TV had all the streaming platforms, and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, and there were plenty of towels to use during my stay. One of the biggest perks was the parking space, which is a huge plus in an area where parking can be a challenge. What really stood out was the attention to detail. this apartment checked off so many of the little things that can make or break a stay.

Lynda is supper responsive and supportive and was always helpful, clear and kind. We have already booked our next stay and will likely always book the same place. It is walkable to supermarket and restaurants and within walking distance of a playground. Hope this helps.

I have stayed with them before and will stay with them again. Very accurate and never any false information. All too often you find people lying all the time on Airbnb but this company is honest and great on every point. Love their places. Cozy, warm, always everything you need is there, good areas, very responsive should you need additional things. Five out five

Had a great stay! Very clean place with comfy bed. Washer and dryer was a nice touch although I didn’t utilize them. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Great view on the roof! Hai was super responsive and provided recommendations nearby. My only note for future guests is to pay close attention to the video for parking/access. If you’re utilizing the parking space you should factor in some additional time to get that all settled. Would definitely stay again!
