Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mangilao

Annie’s unit is perfect for your own private space on island. Although it’s nestled at a family residential, you still get your own private unit and amenities listed! Location is very central so you’re close to most retail shopping centers and Grocery/Mom n Pop stores. Not to mention a cool 5 minute drive from airport. With that being said, Anni is also a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home with great hospitality towards her guests. She’s very communicative and willing to go beyond for her guests.

We used a total of 3 people with our friends. It was spacious and comfortable enough to use one bed in one room for each person. I came to play in the water and used the washer and dryer comfortably, and I didn't cook, but it was best to talk comfortably about snacks and packed food at the spacious dining table! There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, so up to 4-5 people can use it! There was a GPO within a 2-minute drive nearby, and it takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown Tumon (there are Don Quijote and k-mart in between, so you can shop on the way out of the city. It was very comfortable to see!) The neighborhood was also quiet, so I felt comfortable like my home after 3 days. If I come to Guam again next time, I want to use it again!!

I chose it as a travel accommodation for 7 people, including a 1-year-old baby. The supplies for the baby were very considerate, and several extra towels, pillows, and blankets made guests feel comfortable. In addition, the supermarket is less than 1 minute away, so it is a good environment for simple cooking at the accommodation. You can also reach all the attractions in the city in 10 minutes. It was the perfect place to stay.

Jack was very responsive, quick to confirm the reservation, provided clear and easy to understand instructions, and the unit looked as advertised. Most importantly, my amily and I had a great time and I would recommend this place. Thanks Jack!

There's no Elbe. Everything is good except that. Parking is spacious, grocery stores and malls are close, and the beach is close. A place where everything is good

Great Location! The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything. Much better than a hotel (I've stayed at The Royal Orchid and The Bayview in Guam). Check-in was easy and privacy was appreciated.

Five years ago, it was a good memory of an alpaca house on a trip to Guam. When I heard that it was newly reopened, the Buryaburya family I made a plan in a hurry and visited ~! As expected, you're kind and exactly as you saw in the photos. The accommodation was so tidy, and it was so nice! The location is also right in the middle of Ypao Beach and Plaza de España, so it was really nice to have a comfortable feeling close to favorite restaurants, beaches, and parks. It was nice to be able to walk to the supermarket 500m away and see the grocery store. It was also nice to use the onward water park pool right in front of you. Premium Outlet, it's near Ross, so it's good to go back and forth and revisit things (it was just a 5-minute drive!) The sunset and sky that you can see every day are also very good due to the location. I don't think there's an accommodation like this for a family trip ~! The kids also like it a bigger house than a stuffy hotel. Not to mention the host's kindness ~! It was nice to save the kindly written manual and use it! Please thrive and visit again next time!!!!!

I stayed for 13 days. It's a bit far from Tumon. It's close by Korean standards, but I felt it was very far by Guam standards. It's great for a trip to the south. I think it's okay because the charm of northern travel, including Litidian, is lacking a lot (few public places are serviced). However, it may be a little uncomfortable because it is far from Tumon. You have to drive roughly 30-40 minutes. As you can see from the location, a rental car is mandatory. First Beach is better than I thought. Small but great. Merizo Park is fine. Talopopo Falls, which is very close, has small rides and is only open on Friday and Saturday. Although the utensils were old, the children loved it because it was unlimited bumper cars. If you buy water in a bottled water can at Ipan Village Mart, the drinking water didn't cost much either. Above all, it was a really nice house to experience living like this in Guam. There is almost everything you need in the house. Beach towels and camping chairs were also very useful. There was also a washing machine and dryer, so I washed the beach towels with me. A can of drinks, a camping chair, and beach towels were any beach or paradise. The neighborhood where this house is located was also clean and felt safe. I didn't have time to meet my neighbors because I was spending time with my family. But I think there are people who are as good as the atmosphere of the neighborhood. There is a switch that says not to turn it off, and it is said to be connected to the security camera power. There is an outdoor dining table with a view of the lawn, and you can also have dinner with the ceiling fan turned on. I bought it at a grocery store like Peyres, put it in the fridge, and had fun eating beef. All rooms had air conditioning and the bedding was in good condition. There was also a desk, so it was good to read the book you took or watch simple work. The internet is also good. If you rent a car and have enough time, it was such a beautiful house to spend time with your family.

Great home for the value. The only minor negative I have is that the neighborhood is a bit rough to get through, but that is not on the owner. The road dead ends at the property and there is a gate for extra security if you feel the need. you still see wild pigs and chickens galore that will wander through, be careful not to spook them and you'll have a wonderfull time watching them. A big plus is that the Property has coconut trees, breadfruit trees, and papaya trees. I've enjoyed eating fresh coconut almost daily. The home backs on up to the jungle so you get a bit of seclusion and you're far enough from downtown to enjoy outdoor hiking and not a lot of people You're only a couple minutes from naval base in if you're here on orders and they are willing to work with government rates for extended stays. The owners are very friendly, will definitely recommend staying here on your visit.

We are a group of 6 and we stayed for total of 6 nights. It is easy to find and the instruction for the key is very easy. Very peaceful neighborhood and quite. Sandra the property manager lives next door. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with Hot and Cold Shower and its very spacious. Cold Airconditioning. Big fridge. Clean rooms and linens. Free from odors. Has complete utensils in the kitchen. Have washing machine and dryer. We booked a Ford Expedition which makes everything very convenient and easy. You don't need anything else coz the house has everything you need. Overall we have a wonderful Christmas in the house and a very memorable one. This place is highly recommended especially if you are a group of more than 4 people. I would definitely go back someday. I can give easily 5 star rating for the place. It was my first trip to Guam in 20 years.The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and the veranda had a panoramic view of the sea.It is well equipped and suitable for long-term stays because there are many equipment around the kitchen.There is also Don Quijote nearby, so it was a really good place to stay.It also has all the basic amenities, so there are few things you need to take with you.There is also a small gym and pool in the building, so you can eliminate lack of exercise.The host, Kukuri, is very friendly and will respond quickly to any issues that arise, and will also give you recommendations for places to visit.I would like to stay here when I visit Guam again.

It was a great place to stay. Every shops for groceries and souvenir are around this house. We had rented a car and we could go DONKI for 5minutes also Kmart 7minutes by a car.

We visited with the adults, and it wasn't bad for 4 people! There was enough space for 4 people, and there were all the amenities! We rented, and the parking lot was spacious and nice! I don't think it's a bad idea to walk around, but please note that the road up is a short hill! Convenience facilities, restaurants, etc. are all located nearby, so the location of the accommodation is also very good! And the place was really clean, and it felt cozy! The host was really kind and the feedback was quick!! I want to come to Guam again next time, but I will come again!

There is a beach connected to the house as well as a small pool. It is not a sea with a lot of fish, but it was very good for a swim in the shallow depth. Parking was convenient and communication with the host was good. Three families went to play, and everyone was satisfied because there were three rooms and a spacious room. Netflix is also available. The balcony view is also good. If I go to Guam again, I want to visit again. Thank you for creating a happy family trip🩷
