Annie’s unit is perfect for your own private space on island. Although it’s nestled at a family residential, you still get your own private unit and amenities listed! Location is very central so you’re close to most retail shopping centers and Grocery/Mom n Pop stores. Not to mention a cool 5 minute drive from airport. With that being said, Anni is also a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home with great hospitality towards her guests. She’s very communicative and willing to go beyond for her guests.

The stroller was very helpful!The kitchen was spacious, and there were two showers, which was very helpful.The temperature in the shower is low, so I cooled it off a little, but otherwise it was very good. There was a supermarket and outlet next door, and it was very convenient for shopping, eating, and calling a taxi.When I went to Guam, I wanted to use it again.

Five years ago, it was a good memory of an alpaca house on a trip to Guam. When I heard that it was newly reopened, the Buryaburya family I made a plan in a hurry and visited ~! As expected, you're kind and exactly as you saw in the photos. The accommodation was so tidy, and it was so nice! The location is also right in the middle of Ypao Beach and Plaza de España, so it was really nice to have a comfortable feeling close to favorite restaurants, beaches, and parks. It was nice to be able to walk to the supermarket 500m away and see the grocery store. It was also nice to use the onward water park pool right in front of you. Premium Outlet, it's near Ross, so it's good to go back and forth and revisit things (it was just a 5-minute drive!) The sunset and sky that you can see every day are also very good due to the location. I don't think there's an accommodation like this for a family trip ~! The kids also like it a bigger house than a stuffy hotel. Not to mention the host's kindness ~! It was nice to save the kindly written manual and use it! Please thrive and visit again next time!!!!!

I stayed for 13 days. It's a bit far from Tumon. It's close by Korean standards, but I felt it was very far by Guam standards. It's great for a trip to the south. I think it's okay because the charm of northern travel, including Litidian, is lacking a lot (few public places are serviced). However, it may be a little uncomfortable because it is far from Tumon. You have to drive roughly 30-40 minutes. As you can see from the location, a rental car is mandatory. First Beach is better than I thought. Small but great. Merizo Park is fine. Talopopo Falls, which is very close, has small rides and is only open on Friday and Saturday. Although the utensils were old, the children loved it because it was unlimited bumper cars. If you buy water in a bottled water can at Ipan Village Mart, the drinking water didn't cost much either. Above all, it was a really nice house to experience living like this in Guam. There is almost everything you need in the house. Beach towels and camping chairs were also very useful. There was also a washing machine and dryer, so I washed the beach towels with me. A can of drinks, a camping chair, and beach towels were any beach or paradise. The neighborhood where this house is located was also clean and felt safe. I didn't have time to meet my neighbors because I was spending time with my family. But I think there are people who are as good as the atmosphere of the neighborhood. There is a switch that says not to turn it off, and it is said to be connected to the security camera power. There is an outdoor dining table with a view of the lawn, and you can also have dinner with the ceiling fan turned on. I bought it at a grocery store like Peyres, put it in the fridge, and had fun eating beef. All rooms had air conditioning and the bedding was in good condition. There was also a desk, so it was good to read the book you took or watch simple work. The internet is also good. If you rent a car and have enough time, it was such a beautiful house to spend time with your family.

Great home for the value. The only minor negative I have is that the neighborhood is a bit rough to get through, but that is not on the owner. The road dead ends at the property and there is a gate for extra security if you feel the need. you still see wild pigs and chickens galore that will wander through, be careful not to spook them and you'll have a wonderfull time watching them. A big plus is that the Property has coconut trees, breadfruit trees, and papaya trees. I've enjoyed eating fresh coconut almost daily. The home backs on up to the jungle so you get a bit of seclusion and you're far enough from downtown to enjoy outdoor hiking and not a lot of people You're only a couple minutes from naval base in if you're here on orders and they are willing to work with government rates for extended stays. The owners are very friendly, will definitely recommend staying here on your visit.

It was a perfect place to stay, except that the location takes about 30 minutes to walk to the sea! It was a family of five, so it was nice to be able to use one bed per person, and the biggest bed was a mattress that didn't shake even if it was used by two people, so I used it really comfortably. There is also a bar nearby, and it was nice to have a simple drink ~ (about $10-15 for a glass, various cocktail whiskey gin, etc.) Next time I come as a family as a group, I think I'll use it with a mix of 2 nights here, 1 night in a hotel, etc. It was always nice that you responded quickly!

The host and their team were very accommodating. They also always answer my questions. The house felt like a home immediately plus the area was peaceful as well. Parking was never a problem for us as well and its accessibility to other nearby stores and restaurants. Hoping the next time I check-in, the road going to Ypao beach is already open. Oh, there were some ants in one of the beds as well, might be from the aircon since ants keep appearing every night. Aside from that, our stay was great. Thank you so much to these awesome people. 👏🏼

This beachside duplex is an absolute gem! Brand new and beautifully designed, it boasts modern appliances and incredibly comfortable beds, ensuring a relaxing and luxurious stay. The location is perfect—less than 100 meters from the beach and just minutes away from excellent golf courses. A must-visit nearby is Jeff’s Pirates Cove, a fantastic beachside restaurant offering great food and atmosphere. The host, who lives next door, is warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, making our experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The view on the terrace is amazing. Very good location to relax with family. We will come back for sure.

We really did enjoy staying at her home about 5-6 minutes from the beach it was very convenient to the beaches especially since we did beach days almost everyday of our trip there. My kids enjoyed the fact that the local kids would hangout in front of the place we lived and because we had kiddos they talked and played a little. But overall it was a nice place to stay.
