My family & I felt right at home! The apartment had a lot of amenities, not to mention how clean & spacious it was! The host was also very responsive and was very understanding of my request to check in early! The only thing was that the place was on the 3rd floor so you’re gonna have to bring your luggages up and down the stairs 😅… Nonetheless, def a 10/10 - would recommend 👍🏽

Very quiet and easy access to beach as it was only steps away from the beach. Did not use the outdoor kitchen or the washer and dryer, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we needed it. Gave 5 stars for location, quiet premises, close proximity to beach/water, and friendly hostess. Thanks for the stay. I would recommend this place and will be using them again when we come back.

This was a great find. The house was right in the center of Tumon, walkable distance to the beach and great restaurants. Having the amenities of a home was a great plus. Cory is extremely responsive. I had solutions to questions within 15 minutes. And resolution to inquiries same day. Though there is a massage chair, it does cost $1/minute. Which may be the only downside. But the location, comfort of home and beds, imidate response from the host, kitchen amenities, acess to a portable charcoal BBQ grill, ease of check in/out and cost make this Airbnb a gem. Cory is an amazing host who helped our stay feel even more welcoming. From day 1 of booking the house we requested some things to make our stay even more comfortable; the installation of a bidet in the bathroom, a car seat and toys for the house and for swimming for my 2 year old niece, and BBQ grill and upon arrival were welcomed with them at home ready for our use. I would recommend this location 100% Thanks for the stay!

It was nice to have the entire condo for my family of 5 so we could cook when we wanted to and use the washer, etc. It was clean and neat!

Our stay at this charming bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The property had everything we needed, from cozy and well-maintained rooms to all the essential amenities that made us feel right at home. Its location was perfect—conveniently close to important stores and restaurants, yet nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that allowed us to truly relax. The landlord was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made this an experience we’ll happily recommend to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free getaway. This place is really family friendly especially for those who have small kids. Very spacious. Bedding is so good and comfortable. The best thing is extremely good approach to the beach. With less than 5 minutes walk, you will get to quiet, calm and very beautiful, a kind of hidden gem beach where you will observe lots of tropical fish.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. Very spacious rooms and nice big dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Parking is doable but tight getting in and out of driveway. Entryway doors slide open and closed; keeping them closed kept the house cooler.

Nicole's place is great. Its location in Tumon makes it easy and fun to walk to shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you could ever need plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Furniture is comfortable. I really enjoyed the views from her place. The people in the complex are friendly. I will definitely look to book again next time I am visiting the area. Thank you!

Penny and James were the most hospitable people. They left us a beautiful Thanksgiving basket and their home was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! Such wonderful communication, I never felt unsure about anything. The only down side is there is no longer a pool directly in front of the unit. But the pool just next to it was recently refurbished. Overall we felt right at home. Thank you!!
