I had a great stay with my family including our 4 months baby. Praveen had engaged with us well before and served to all our queries. Place is cozy and peaceful - walkable from beach as well as main road. I recommend the place for family as well as group travellers. I must mention about Krishna who takes care of the property. Amazing place. The place looks exactly like in the images. It truly feels like home. When compared to other places which only offer a stove and cooker as kitchenware, this place has everything one needs for a fully functional kitchen. The location is peaceful - away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Overall a 10/10 in every aspect

Our stay at Cruz's place was fantastic! The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They were always just a message away, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We had easy access to general stores, restaurants, and shops right outside the stay, and the beach was just a short 5-minute drive away. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for a group of 8-9 people. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place truly resonates the essence of Portuguese culture in Goa. All is well with the place. If you are checking in at nighy, it might seem a bit scary given the silence around the space but honestly as soon as you spend a night there, the house will make you feel cozy and happy. This is a very well kept property. Suitable for a group of 7 if you are okay with sharing the bed. Be it getting a scooter on rent or availing any other service in Goa, the location does the work beautifully without any crowd destroying it's peace.

Our stay at Casa Maya was nothing short of amazing. This place is simply amazing with authentic Goan vide. The living room is huge, rooms are nicely done, washrooms are great too but the best part of the property is the garden and pool area which exceeded all our expectations. Kids had an amazing time indoors and outdoors with plenty of birds in the garden area. Pictures on airbnb do not do any justice with the actual property especially the outside area. Since there are many cafes and Candolim beach within walking distance from the property, we didnt use the car at all. The way to the villa is not motorable and we had to walk for a minute or so after parking the car so it is super quiet with no noise of traffic, so we were in middle to all the action of Candolim and yet had a pretty relaxed stay. Caretakers were super hospitable, breakfast was decent and hosts were highly responsive and cooperative. I am definitely going to visit again.

By far the best AirBnB property we stayed in. We didn’t miss anything that was included in the description and the place was well maintained. We didn’t get a feel of any kind of wear and tear as well. All the seven rooms were spacious and very well planned building. We had a great time. Will recommend this property to my friends. Very happy with all the support from the host and security staff was also good and worth a mention. Cook was ok, this is the area where things can get better. If I were in the property again I might try to get food from outside or probably go out. Or be more cautious and give proper instructions to the cook.

Amazing place and amazing host. The place was extremely clean and Mr. Bishu, the caretaker was very helpful. Ms. Asha, the host would check in everyday. However, just a small disappointment, the pool is shared and only available till 7pm at night. The rest of the stay was pretty amazing. The house was big enough and the bathrooms extremely clean. There was housekeeping staff to clean the place everyday as well.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

it was a peaceful homely friendly stay at Mani's. her help with contacts of cabs and car hires were so helpful . enjoyed Zubin's Parsi dishes . specially thank them for waking up taxi driver for airport drop early in morning at 5 am

We had an amazing stay at Ms Shiny's place. The villa was beautiful and the caretakers were responsive and helpful. Ms Shiny gave us some great recommendations. There are some amazing restaurants nearby. The location is just a 5min drive away from Panjim and Dona Paula. Overall an excellent place to stay with family and friends!

Kevin, This for you, Great host and very soft spoken person, it's very easy to find place and check in, flat is more beautiful and spacious than photo, kitchen has more utensils than we think, 3 balcony, very much cross ventilation, society is very piece, my family enjoyed swimming pool, enough parking space, most important when we reached, internet has some issues, which was clear mentioned by his team, but when Kevin know this, he called for this, and within 2 hour, his team changed the fiber cable and Router, the turn around time is so fast, this is showing, how Kevin and his team is caring for his guest, near by restaurant and liquor shop are 20 MTR from society, lift is always available at your floor, electricity will go in day only for 2 to 3 minutes, we enjoyed a lot, thanks for care and help, thanks AIRBNB. 100% PAISA WASSOL

This villa was our 4 nights escape to Goa for 4 families and our kids, the place was comfortable with required amenities, however the approach road was narrow and not tarred , which we felt was the only drawback. It faces the beautiful Mandovi River, and it was refreshing staring into the blue from our balconies, felt like a proper getaway.

The photos won't do any justice to how cozy and warm the place actually is. You'll be provided with all the necessities you would want. All in all, this is one of the best places you could stay at when in Goa.

If you’re visiting North Goa this is a hidden gem! I stayed at Karan’s listing for a week with my family including 2 very small children and my stay couldn’t have been more comfortable. The home is absolutely charming and so pleasant. It has a Portuguese vibe to it and is very private despite being a mere 5 min walk to the beach, Hilltop, mind blowing restaurants and venues in the area(!). We really felt at home as the Airbnb meet all our needs with a well stocked kitchen, great AC, strong internet and my absolute favorite part - an outdoor space to enjoy the lush *private* landscape in the front yard while our kids played in the treehouse and explored the greenery. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay for our trip. On top of the well stocked kitchen, comfortable home, great location, and beautiful spaces, our Airbnb host was so helpful. He was a text away to address any of our needs including arranging a hired taxi and providing local recommendations. Thank you Karan!!!
