We had a fantastic stay at Devika Dutta’s villa. Devika was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had—responsive, gracious, and incredibly thoughtful. Though the pool wasn’t ready due to unforeseen issues, she informed us in advance, refunded the amount, and even offered breakfast on the house to make up for it, which was more than we expected. The villa’s caretaker, Kamelesh, was equally amazing. Friendly, soft-spoken, and always smiling, he also happens to be a great cook! The breakfast he prepared was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa itself is well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and spotless bathrooms. The large lawn was perfect for our group—we played football there all night and had a blast. Although the villa is slightly (very slightly rather) tucked away from the main road, everything we needed was within easy access. The peaceful surroundings added to the charm. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Puneet and Abhishek were proactive hosts. The property was clean and as per pictures. The maid and house help were respectful , prompt and did their best to keep the place tidy. We were a group of 8 and you can imagine several thing of our personal things lying around over 4 days accommodation. But never did we feel insecure about our belongings. Bathrooms/toilettes were squeaky clean(cleaned every day). The property is walkable to the beach. And that was a big plus. We simply walked out in our swim costume right to the ocean. The neighbouring resort was a bit noisy with loud music on Saturday night (but not until too late) There are several restaurants within walkable distance. like Kokum curry for authentic(little pricey) Goan food. Also a supermarket for some groceries. The house helps are truly helpful but not the best cooks. But Zomato delivers to this address. Overall a great property for families and friends. I will surely visit again.

We were 8 friends and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place is situated off the main Calungate Road and all daily needs, medicines and restaurants are in very easy reach. Breakfast provided by the staff was excellent which was a big boon. Kitchen appliances and cutlery are very well provided. Rooms were meticulously cleaned everyday and that was a big relief. Overall we had a good comfortable stay here. Hghly recommended.

Our stay at Casa Maya was nothing short of amazing. This place is simply amazing with authentic Goan vide. The living room is huge, rooms are nicely done, washrooms are great too but the best part of the property is the garden and pool area which exceeded all our expectations. Kids had an amazing time indoors and outdoors with plenty of birds in the garden area. Pictures on airbnb do not do any justice with the actual property especially the outside area. Since there are many cafes and Candolim beach within walking distance from the property, we didnt use the car at all. The way to the villa is not motorable and we had to walk for a minute or so after parking the car so it is super quiet with no noise of traffic, so we were in middle to all the action of Candolim and yet had a pretty relaxed stay. Caretakers were super hospitable, breakfast was decent and hosts were highly responsive and cooperative. I am definitely going to visit again.

The villa is beautifully done up. The interiors are very well maintained, and the appliances and air conditioning were working perfectly. There is ample parking space for a large car and two bikes. Several restaurants very close by, with shacks and the beach a 5 min walk. Great stay, good hosts and staff.

Anika was a great host. She was responsive and was also able to quickly resolve our queries. The property is a haven covered with coconut trees. The balcony is a comfortable place to sit and relax.

Dikhsha and the team including Sheetal and Sharmila and their teams were extremely helpful and responsive. the place is in a quiet complex and was more than spacious enough for the 3 of us. while the complex is peaceful you're quite close to all the action in Candolim and a walk away from the Taj. the beach is not too close and even when you get to it is among the most crowded beaches you will come across. overall though the place is great and the team is excellent. if you're looking for a great base location from where you use a car to get around, this place is ideal. if the beach is your main attraction, this isn't the place for that.

I took my parents along, and this stay was absolutely perfect for us. The house truly felt like a home, with beautifully designed interiors and everything we could possibly need already provided. We especially loved having breakfast on the stunning patio, surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and vibrant plants—such a serene way to start the day. The location is in a very safe neighborhood. Our host was exceptional, always available, responsive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was smooth. He even checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This property and its service exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-maintained place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

I booked thinking I am overpaying, bt it was worth the price. Host and caretaker were responsive. Good location too, few hundred meters from the beach.

Very neat place, ideal for family and kids. Well equipped kitchen which is helpful with kids. Big parking place and you get scooter on rent in apartment itself. Beach is 1 km away. Helper Bablu bhaiya does awesome cleaning. Apartment has restrictions for smoking and drinking in common area which I liked it as it becomes kids friendly 🙂. I would thank host for a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful vacation.

Amazing!

Michael was gem of a person. Very soft spoken and helped us with lots of local recommendations. His home was very thoughtfully planned, every small possibility of requirement was present from washing machine to loads of cutlery. Home was clean and very near to Baga party places. Society felt safe. Although Society is quite old, swimming pool was non functional and a community one. Parking was a bit of an issue but was manageable. Overall had a great stay and felt worth the price

Excellent location in the heart of Panjim, easy to get around, so much that I didn't have to use navigation to get back home at all. The place is very nice with everything that we needed. The host was extremely welcoming and super responsive, communication was excellent at all time. We were welcomed and checked in quickly and got numerous recommendations about things around the city. I highly recommend the place. 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing place, the villa is super clean, spacious and comfortable. It's unfortunate we didn't get to stay long. Next time I'm definitely booking the villa for a week or more. I would plan the Goa trip only if this place is available. There are lots of great places a few minutes drive away. there is a small supermarket and a wine shop less than a minute away on foot. Truly an amazing place for friends as well as family.

Absolutely perfect location. The beach is right across the street from the house. Restaurants and other stores are within 5-10 minutes walk. House was clean and had all the listed amenities. Alex, the host, was responsive, polite and helpful. Overall a great experience.

We know the owners for many years but we had never stayed at their place. It was amazing and we had the best time ever. The place is magical, the garden is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely come back next season. See you soon!

We wanted a laid back place where we could discuss ideate and recharge but within the reach of a place which is nearer to everything. arambol fit the place and the bill. Juvenal was kind in letting us the place and we were right at home from the get-go. Although away from the hustle and bustle of the Goan mainstay like Baga, this place has a charm of its own. Good places nearby were awesome. Please don't miss it good offered by Julie. I'd wholeheartedly endorse this page to anyone.

We had a pleasant and very private time while staying at this place. The instructions were very clear on checking in and surrounding areas. The garden was our favorite. We got to roam around Anjuna by walk, thanks to its great location
