Good location for getting around NO easily. Enough space for 6 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

To be honest, this exceeded my expectations. This place was beautiful. I love how they kept the history of the interior intact with some modern touches. It was also huge and every room was spacious. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everyone was very happy and agreed we would 100% stay here again. Michael and Marcia were very responsive and accommodating. It is also in a stellar location. Tons of bars, restaurants and nice hotels with lobby and rooftop bars, etc. It's a bit further from the french quarter, but an easy Uber or cab ride away. It was also nice to be removed from some of the madness during mardi gras, but close enough to immerse yourself in it with a few minute jaunt over to one of the main streets. Thanks again!

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Michael and Marcia’s home was perfect for hosting my family and friends for Christmas. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

This Airbnb was perfect! The place is beautifully maintained and spotless, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to checkout. Great location, just a short walk to Mardi Gras parades, fantastic restaurants, and easy access to the French Quarter. I’d highly recommend it and would love to stay again!
