Cabin vacation rentals in Mammoth Mountain

While I made it a point not to contact Brett, he made it a point to provide multiple means to reach him immediately if we needed anything. The place is the perfect stay: secluded enough to have deer walks through the meadows and streams literally feet away from the back porch that provided fishing (and catching :)) opportunities to the early risers in the family, scenic Mountain View’s, yet right around the corner from town if in need of supplies or a supercharger to charge a Tesla which I appreciated very much. Close enough to the base is the mountain for us to hit all of our old fishing campgrounds (ie minaret falls, devils postpile area, etc.) within 30 mins. And the place itself had too much space for my brother mom and I, I don’t think we even went to the upper loft. Giant flat screens for the Olympics, gorgeous round table, incredible views from every level, A TRAEGER SMOKER we used to smoke some trout, 3 showers with great toiletries. It was the perfect spot for a perfect trip.

We enjoyed our time at Jeffrey Gunnar’s condo. We like the close & easy access to Canyon Lodge. We enjoyed our evening in the living room with the fireplace. Overall everything was clean & organized.

Great place to stay! Hot tub and sauna were excellent! Would love to come back during the winter for its close location to canyon lodge!

Such a beautiful and perfect place to stay for the weekend. The place was beautiful and the host was friendly. Highly recommend to stay here if you are coming during the winter time. The roads & steps were being cleared up constantly so we didn’t have to worry about that.

We had a great stay of a couple nights and this place is perfectly situated on the edge of town so we didn’t have to be right in the middle of all the motel/hotel accommodations, but with easy access to town when needed. The front of the cabin faces west so you can watch the sunset over Mammoth Mountain either from the front deck or from inside through the sliding glass doors. Our stay happened to be a gift and the host helped us navigate that non-standard booking process with ease. Our needs were met and we had no complaints, but I would give one FYI: Though a great little home base for two adults, I personally would not have enjoyed sharing the space with two kids. The bunk beds that would accommodate kids are very close to both the bathroom and the main living area. That said, it’s functionally no different than sharing a hotel room with kids and arguably much better because of separate bunks and, of course, no shared walls or common halls!

We had the most amazing time at Sierra Meadows. It was such stunning property. I cant wait to come back when there's snow. The property manager was so responsive and so kind. Gave us great reccomondations. The home we stayed in was perfect for us. It was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. And the views were breathtaking. Great location and close to everything. We were already talking about coming back in a couple of months on our way home. Thank you for having us.

My overseas friend had a blast staying at a very authentic wooden log house! Not the most modern or the roomiest place but it had character, poignant beauty to the place. Everyone enjoyed the experience at Traci's place!!

I’m def going to come back to book in the near future. Shelby is such a great host!! She was very communicative and responsive when I had questions. Her home feels very homey, everything was spotless.

We had an amazing snow filled stay at Traci’s place, she was very responsive and helpful. Also, our dog had a blast playing with her two pups in the snow. You definitely need to drive into town to pick up food or coffee but we did not mind that. I highly recommend her place to anyone seeking to enjoy the peaceful Mammoth Lakes away from the city.

I was very impressed the moment I had walked through the door. The home looked exactly like the photos and everything we had expected were surpassed. The location was phenomenal since we went to the golf course across the street and was just a few minute drive to the grocery store. The temperature inside was regulated very well and there were space heaters available in the closets if it got too cold. We had no complaints regarding any of the amenities.

Wonderful rustic cabin nestled in a stunning location. Mark is very responsive and accommodating, cabin has all the basic necessities and is a short (5 min) drive to the grocery store and many restaurants. The space heaters do a great job keeping the place warm. This is our second time at sierra meadows and I highly recommend it for a peaceful and affordable stay in mammoth lakes

This house was perfect for my family's early Christmas celebration. The space was great. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and baking. The grocery store was nearby. There was a snow storm during the second day of our stay. We were prepared with groceries and there was plenty to do at this beautiful house. We spent the day cooking, baking, eating, playing video games and board games with the kids. We njoyed the snow. The following day was sunny, beautiful weather. We went to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area which is nearby and had a great time.
