My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay, she gave us helpful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and there is plenty of choice on where to take umbrellas with sun loungers but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary comforts to have a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for hanging. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are 10.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and more! Reserved parking in front of the entrance. A nice view from the living room terraces and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where you can find the supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The historic center is beautiful by day, evocative at night. You can get to the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena, etc.) but also in the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady immediately responds to messages

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the view is breathtaking. Franco is a discreet host but extremely available and responsive. Communication was excellent before we arrived and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many more wonderful walks than the other. One thing is for sure: if we can come back to this place, we will not hesitate for a second!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Very nice apartment! When we stayed there everything seemed brand new, which was very nice. The house is very clean and organized and Matteo responds quickly to all messages. Very nice and comfortable home, with a great view from the balcony!

Basically everything was as expected. Excellent value place to stay. The host also resolved the issue we caused with flexibility and patience, and a special thanks for that. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beach is really just a few steps away, and we really liked it. Overall, we were very satisfied, we can only recommend it to everyone.

Antonio and Simona are great hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and with spacious and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows from different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. Beautiful terrace that revolves around the property and guarantees a cool house even without the use of the air conditioner, however present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the beachfront parking spot and the beach gear that hosts provide are a very welcome additional plus. A mention of honor goes to the availability, kindness, hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as longtime friends, not guests. We'll always take them to the heart. We really recommend their home. We'll definitely be back

A modern and very clean apartment with all the conveniences, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the terrace, easy parking, very helpful attendant and located about 10 min drive from a nice beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for those looking for an active holiday combined with some work.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment close to beach and lots to do in Grottamare

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

Really unforgettable stay! The house is absolutely fantastic, brand new and impeccably clean. The view of Piazza Salotto is spectacular, especially with all the Christmas decorations that make the atmosphere magical. To add a special touch, there is a beautiful skating rink that helps create a unique environment. In addition, the location is perfect: just 50 meters from the sea and surrounded by shops and restaurants of all kinds, to meet every need. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to help. Definitely one of the best houses I stayed in, with an experience that left my smile. Highly recommended!
