Comfy studio penthouse on a panoramic harbour

My place is a studio penthouse on top of a harbor few meters away from the beach, restaurants, parks for nice walk in nature, good transportation, coffee shops and close to other famous entities like Cafe Del mar .Famous beaches are very close . Great for sunset hrs. You`ll love my place mostly because of the large corner terrace which is overlooking a fishing harbor to enjoy some Maltese culture and panoramic views. My place is good for young couples, solo adventures and business travelers.

You’ll love my place because of the unobstructed sea views and proximity to the beach. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Large apartment, waterfront view, TOP location

A well-equipped, spacious apartment with a lovely view overlooking the marina. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, the apartment building does have a busy main road between it and the marina so sitting on the balcony is not a peaceful experience (unless you wear noise cancelling headphones like I did) but the balcony doors are completely soundproofed, so inside you cannot hear the traffic. At first I was little dubious on arrival, as along the road there are some buildings which are in need of some tlc but having visited Sliema (where I also looked to stay) it is no different there and in fact I liked the location as it was only a 20 minute walk into Valletta or convenient for bus tops (only 4 mins away) to explore more of the island. I appreciated Christiane’s quick responses to any queries.

This was a fantastic place for a week long stay with my husband and a 2 year old. Great location, spacious, the main room is incredible! We loved the balcony and it is much better in person than shown in photos. The place has everything you may need. The flat is very well lived in and require some TLC, but otherwise I highly recommend. The location won’t disappoint.

Just came back from a lovely stay here. It was perfect in every way. The view was amazing from the balcony. Convenient for local bus routes - easy to use . No need for car hire. The location was spot on. Facilities were modern and clean. Our host Christina was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely use this as our first go to when visiting Malta again. Thank you for making it a delightful stay.

Be clear with Mario on how many bedrooms you need. The ad of the penthouse says 3 bedrooms but upon our arrival just one bedroom was unlocked. A penthouse of one bedroom in the same area is way much cheaper. For the rest, the condo is clean, modern, beautiful, perfectly located next to the beach and Mario is really kind.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. It was located in a charming little town, the view was wonderful, and the nearby beach bars had a great atmosphere. We especially liked the small bistro “Seagull” — the food was delicious and the service was excellent. From the accommodation it was easy to get to Victoria and other spots. The place was clean, cozy, and definitely worth recommending.

Fantastic apartment with premium furniture and amenities. We particularly liked the comfy lounge sofa on the balcony to enjoy the great view over the bay to Valetta. Roger was the most wonderful host right from when we booked...a PDF was provided with lots of info on the apartment and the local area. Roger was very responsive and any query, no problem just get in touch with him. He also recommended a taxi which we took up...Nunzio was a very friendly person who gave us tips on the way and we booked him for our return trip...hassle free which was great. Roger had provided basics to get us started plus some lovely extras. It has a fabulous location overlooking St Julian's Bay...breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise was just lovely. We used the public buses for getting around which worked out really well and bus stops are within a few minutes walk so very handy. The apartment has everything you need and if you eat in plenty of cooking equipment. We did a mixture of eating in and out...plenty of restaurants within the area. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment. Thank you Roger, greatly appreciated.
