The apt is divine, just like what you see in the photos. The location is excellent, blocks from the beach and downtown! Marcos was very attentive and cordial, I was in every detail. I would definitely come back!

Very nice apartment, with the best view of the beach, in addition to the nice facilities and good service of Ana who made us feel comfortable from the moment one. Ana is very helpful and friendly, always attentive to what we may need and make sure we had a good stay. The only bad thing to highlight is that the neighbors were quite special with noise, and they were bothered if we used the common spaces.

Everything I used worked (the electric jar, the washing machine, the air conditioners for ventilation). The shower and bathtub in the main bathroom excellent pressure and abundant hot water. It's these details that make it easy to enjoy. Nicolás is always attentive, responds quickly and very cordial. Jorge, the building manager, is very respectful. The description and photos of the apartment on Airbnb are accurate and the price in relation to the location and offer is very good. I would have liked to have more toilet paper for my stay of 5 days. As well as some basic cleaning product. There was hand soap, a little detergent to wash the dishes and two rolls of paper (one for each bathroom) Can't wait to come back!! Thank you!

This is the second time that we have stayed in the house in Florence, everything was very good. There was a mishap and they immediately took care of it. The two times the treatment in the place was with Mirian the mother of Florence, she is very warm and kind. The house comes with everything you need and good hygiene. We would definitely stay again.

We went with the whole family , very comfortable house , impeccable cleanliness , everything you could need , the amazing outdoor space, pool , garden , barbecue area, in a very central place within the spa , everything available , warehouse , rest and in turn super quiet . Beautiful little place to relax and look out the large sliding door and enjoy the beautiful setting. Gorgeous yard filled with beautiful trees and flowers, plus a bird bath keeping birds happy all day long. Love the two sweet dogs. The space has everything you need.

The apartment is excellent, all the details cared for, well equipped and extremely clean. Just keep in mind that if there is a lot of sun, you won't want to raise at the outside table and you will have to do it in the living room.

Very nice apartment in an unbeatable complex that has an outdoor and heated indoor pool, gym , basketball courts, tennis, everything very accessible and comfortable. Beach front and close to service. Jose is very friendly and the apartment was spotless upon our arrival.
