Vacation rentals with a pool in Malate

This was indeed the best place to be. It felt truly like a home where we can rest, especially when my friends and I spent most our days outside during our stay in Manila. 1. The location An ideal place to stay if you’re a tourist, for you can go to MOA and IKEA on a walking distance, and other tourist spots are also nearby. 2. Very Clean Another reason why my friends and I immediately loved the unit is because of how clean and tidy the place is. 3. Budget-friendly For its location, it’s worth the price! Everything you need is also provided (ex. dryer, hangers, smart TV, kitchen tools, etc.) 4. Accommodating host The host was kind enough to accept our requests and made sure that she is available anytime if ever we encountered problems sa unit (thankfully, wala naman :) ) The house rules were provided promptly.

A hidden gem near bgc! Location is definitely good. Neighborhood is safe as it is just beside a military and police camp. Patrick and Rolly are responsive and nice. The house is clean and accurate as listed. Good space for barkada get together. 14pax is really enough as listed for bed space. Had a little confusion locating the house as there was a makeshift chain right before entering the street (I thought its part of police camp due to police presence dining at a carenderia 😂 but nope) nonetheless, it is really convenient once you locate the space. The lightings in the place are super nice as well. Pool is clean. Water Filtration system, 10 stars! Overall, we had fun and it’s a good deal 😁 Definitely, considering booking the place next time!

Perfect place for big groups! Place is easy to find on maps. Convenient location as it is near to Walter Mart. Hosts are reponsive and helpful, also nice that there are caretakers on duty so we can ask for anything anytime. Also nice that there are multiple smart TVs so we can do multiple things simultaneously. We also really enjoyed the massage chair. 'Til next time!

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️

This place was amazing, we spent Christmas Holiday at Tom’s lovely home, the home was very accommodating for our family, plenty of space, the pool was nice and can’t forget about the karaoke, everything was cleaned and prepared for us, when checking-in, it was welcoming and a home away from home. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much Tom and Team!

Stayed here last Feb 15 for the concert and glad I chose this place because of its location and the place is clean with complete amenities. Highly recommended. Loved the welcome sign ❤️

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.

The place is comfortable to stay for a little family. I love those extra sofa beds too. 🙂 It's a great place to rest after doing errands in the metro and location is easy access to all the offices you need to go.🙂
