The place is very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. The landlady's assigned caretakers are always available to assist for anything. The location is easy to find for grab deliveries. The parking allocation was helpful to secure our car.

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind. Thank you Ma'am. We really loved our stay. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

This stay was truly exceptional! The place felt so cozy and homey that I had the best rest I’ve had in years. I loved the balcony, the comfy room, and the spacious sala—perfect for both entertainment and relaxation. Ate Gloria and Sir Albert were incredibly responsive, addressing all our concerns and questions promptly. They even offered us a late checkout since we arrived a bit late due to the rain, which we truly appreciated. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the wet market and grocery stores. The only minor issue was the pay parking, as there’s no free parking available. However, the rates weren’t too expensive, so it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, a fantastic stay! this place has officially become our go-to Airbnb! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

I will definitely book here EVERY SINGLE TIME i’ll take my vacation in the Philippines. Totally worth every penny! Aside from the great place and amazing amenities (great kitchen, great view, great living room, great bedroom and bathroom), Matthew is a spectacular host! Very easy to contact and talk to. Mr. Romy is very responsive with our inquiry. It was my Monther-in-law's birthday and he decorated the place and we requested for a cake, all this was done upon check-in. He also gave recommendations how to go around using public transportation. The unit was very clean and it was exactly how it was described online.
