Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Malate

The place is very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. The landlady's assigned caretakers are always available to assist for anything. The location is easy to find for grab deliveries. The parking allocation was helpful to secure our car.

Really cozy place to stay and very near SM Mega Mall. Convenient and has lots of amenities within the building. Unit is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Would stay here again! Ps. The only cons if I’m being nit-picky, is delivery riders are directed to the basement sometimes when you’re ordering food. They have to walk a little but they leave all the deliveries in the lobby with the guard (so it’s okay). The only other thing is the there’s a very very faint smell in the bathroom. I think it’s the mop they store in the shower area but nothing super noticeable. Overall, awesome stay! I wish we had more time to swim in the pool area. Very nice to garden for dogs too. Would highly recommend you to stay here!

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind. Thank you Ma'am. We really loved our stay. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Manila. Central, safe, peaceful! The place felt v safe (and we had 2 small kids with us). Kim and her staff are g friendly. Recommended!

This place was amazing, we spent Christmas Holiday at Tom’s lovely home, the home was very accommodating for our family, plenty of space, the pool was nice and can’t forget about the karaoke, everything was cleaned and prepared for us, when checking-in, it was welcoming and a home away from home. The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

After being away for 15 years, I was indecisive with the choices in accommodation. It would be great to stay with family and yet, would prefer own privacy among others. When I first saw this posting, thought it was good to be true. But it was indeed true, the picture reflected the real ‘status ‘of the unit. The kitchen, living room and the bathroom are all operational, creatively decorated with simple, and yet inviting ‘premise’. The pool was a bonus – beautiful, family oriented. The location is close to all amenities I needed such as grocery store, mall and the train station (Santolan). A very tidy and cozy one bedroom unit which is equipped with everything I need. The security and maintenance employees were all respectful, kind and adept. Both the hosts, Joed and Kristine were very prompt in replying to all queries. They made me feel welcome from the day I requested information, made the reservation to the day I checked out (January 19-February 2, 2025). I am highly recommending this

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb condo! From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The space is cozy, beautifully designed, and well-equipped, but the absolute highlight was the bed. Honestly, it felt like it had a magnetic pull—I didn't want to leave it! I’ve never slept so soundly. The host was also fantastic, super accommodating and responsive.
