Vacation rentals with beach access in Malapascua Island

Jean our host was so kind enough to allow us check in late because I had work until 5pm and we arrived there almost 10pm. She was also very considerate for allowing my partner's relatives to come visit (they did no sleep there) and to allow some of the other guests to smoke (only outside). The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils and made our travel pretty much easier due to we do not have to bring cooking tools because Jean's place offers it already. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Plus, the private beach was just at the back of the house which is very convenient. My family enjoyed the prestine sea water of daan bantayan. This trip is one of the best trips that I experienced. My family did enjoyed it as much as I do. and, I am so thankful to maam Jean who's very attentive and responsive whenever I have inquiries. She's the best! Me and my family will surely be back ❤️

Great place to stay, everything is as described. Everything is functional and very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking cold and hot meals. The garden was a big plus (although noisy karaoke in the neighborhood can lessen the calmness of the place)

The place was so amazing. My family were so elated to stay in your place. Amazing view, near the beach and very nice Host.

Staying here was a wonderful experience for our family of ten, ages 1 1/2 to 76! The setting is gorgeous! We could walk to the beach just yards from our rooms. At high tide, the water was terrific! Not a big sand beach, but great access to the water. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, and had a lot of fun with the excellent karaoke setup. Staff were very helpful, and provided great meals when we asked for them. They also arranged our laundry service for us. Birds and flowers added to our experience. The numerous places to "hang out" outside were a plus -- hammocks, swings, and outdoor beds ... There was no air-conditioned common area, but there were great spaces to gather. I gave four stars about "finding it" is because the white gate -- the main visual landmark we were looking for -- wasn't there! It took us a bit of going back and forth on the road before we turned into the side road that led to the place. The written directions were good otherwise, though. Thank you!

We had a great stay, Albert very approachable, staff especially Apol were extremely helpful and accommodating and excellent service. Overall the property was almost perfect. The only areas that needs improvement, is the WIFI, kitchen and bathroom drainages, not functioning well, bathroom always wet and moisten which was a bit inconvenient. The major issues we encountered was the warm refrigerator, freezer was ok, all our marinated food was spoiled, replace it to avoid problem in the future. On a positive note, the amenities provided were fantastic, Apol the care taker is always on the top of everything she deserves a special mention for her constant cleaning and assistance throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experienced with few improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. We would highly recommend the property and definitely consider staying back again in the future.

I have to say, the host was very responsive and friendly. The place was great and the rooms were tidy. My family has fun with the pool although there was a beach just right outside the place.
