We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this laid-back Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a 10-15 min from the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and peaceful mornings. The house itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A special mention goes to the pool – it was the highlight of our stay! Whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding with an evening dip, it added a whole new level of relaxation to our trip. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Whether it was lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby cafes and shops, or simply soaking up the serene vibes, everything about this place made our trip unforgettable. I had a great stay with my family including our 4 months baby. Praveen had engaged with us well before and served to all our queries. Place is cozy and peaceful - walkable from beach as well as main road. I recommend the place for family as well as group travellers. I must mention about Krishna who takes care of the property. He is very nice, calm, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He is really good at his work. Please convey our special thanks to Krishna.

It was a family trip with an infant, toddler and parents and this villa felt right at home for everyone. The villa is as seen in the photos with all the listed amenities, the host was responsive, was sensitive and accommodating to all our requests, the welcome and good byes were special. I will definitely recommend for anyone who wants to have a peaceful and clean stay in Goa with great views, spacious home, house help and very responsive, helpful host team, please look no further.

Our stay at casa bottu(the island pool villa) was such a Happy experience! Bishnu and Raghu uncle were of great help in and around the house. They took care of all our requests with great smile. The food they cooked was so delicious, we really missed it for few days even after our vacation and the house, it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by serene nature and clean pool. Every morning you could hear so many birds as if you were in a sanctuary. Overall, the experience was truly magical, rating a perfect 5/5. This villa is the ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. I can't recommend it enough!

It was a good and peaceful stay at the apartment which is in a gated society. Mr Shashank was a responsive and friendly host. The onsite caretaker/manager was also very helpful. Bonus was the clubhouse amenities such as pool, gym, snooker, etc. It was well maintained. This place is also close to the Dabolim Airport.

We had a great stay at Anupama's place. She's such a great host she made sure we had everything we needed and was constantly checking if everything is perfect. The room is well maintained and hygienic. Will definitely come back and if anyone who's looking for an affordable price then this a good place to stay.

The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to some fantastic attractions, shops, and dining options nearby. From the moment we booked this wonderful Apartment Sebastian has been a fantastic Host. Arranging our taxi Transfer to and from the airport for us. Clear instructions for check in. Messaging us through out our our stay to advise when housekeeping would be attending. Even brought us a toaster when asked if they had one available. Excellent communication. The Apartment Is fantastic everything you need, we stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home from home. Large balcony to enjoy morning breakfast and a coffee or chilled out eveings. every 3 days house keeping came in and changed bedding and towels and cleaned the apartment all through. Pool lovely and clean. locations Excellent short walk and your on the main road close to bars and restaurants and the apartment is in lovely and peaceful location We will definitely stay with Sebastian again. It was a wonderful experience at Umiya Serene.The house and the surroundings are quite and peaceful and easily accessible to most of the places. All the places like Panjim, Baga, Candolim, Calangute are all less than 20 mins away . You can enjoy the cafes around everything which a stone's throw away. Wonderful place for family as well as a group of friends. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Ram (The caretaker) can sort you out for anything and everything.. A very helpful contact. Shweta was very responsive. No complaints whatsoever, 100% will be my next choice for my next Goa Trip.

We had a lovely time staying at Oscar and Carmen's Airbnb. Oscar had been a very helpful host, helping us with top notch recommendations. The place is just 15 minutes away from almost 4 beaches, making it very convenient for us to explore places. Food options nearby are many and the bnb also has cutlery to make home cooked meals. 11/10 recommended to all those looking to explore south Goa fully.

I statyed at Tarunpreet's penthouse last month for 5 nights with my family which included my elderly parents and my infant daughter. The house is located at a very convenient location if you want to explore North Goa, Panaji is a 10 minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked, other amenities like washing machine and microwave make the stay comfortable. The place is very clean, aesthetically designed and spacious, with a beautiful and large terrace which adds to the charm. The housekeeping is very professional and attend to your needs proactively. There are a number of convenience stores nearby and home delivery is also available. There is dedicated parking available for the penthouse, I would recommend having a personal vehicle. Tarunpreet is a welcoming host who makes sure you feel at home, she is available at all times of the day on messaging apps or call. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxurious and warm stay in Goa.
