Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Such a beautiful stay we had. All the necessary stuff available. House is clean and well maintained. And well well, a huge shoutout to Shankar Ji and Rhea both. Rhea was available for help all the time during the stay, very prompt with solutions and I really appreciate her transparency in the communication.

Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the host was great, excellent communication, quick response and very helpful with questions I put forward.. The hosts father who lives on site and looks after everything was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as described. Spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Very comfortable king size bed, simple but perfectly good kitchen area and a small balcony. The area was buzzing with activity, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. When I visit Goa again I will definitely be staying at Chandrachayya residency.

the place is beautiful, must say very well maintained, felt at home. loved the interiors, detailing and the set up..and ofcourse the jacuzzi was cherry on top.. Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!
