The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Idyllically located, beautiful view over the Mosel and surrounding vineyards. If you are looking for absolute peace and proximity to nature, this is not the perfect place to be right next to the federal road and train route. If you don't mind, you have a great time here. Nice and helpful owner who are always available and very friendly. Parking for 2,-/day right next door; hiking trails, nice restaurants (Brunnenklause, best to reserve) and a bakery within walking distance in a few minutes' walk, car or bike is recommended for a supermarket (about 5 km). Everything you need & clean, made with love and as shown in the pictures. TV is there, but you don't need to - just sit on the terrace and watch the boats and animals:-)

Very original and cozy place to stay! Clean and friendly furnishings...there is even a grill on the roof terrace, an inviting seating area with pillows and a canoe. Everything is thought of to make it possible for its guests to have a lovely stay. Top organized and very friendly in correspondence. Always happy to come back!

The stay in Rüdesheim was great! We visited in February. It was still a bit cold, of course, but we had a great time. The recommendations here from Kai on Airbnb were great! The Italian was a great experience and the wine that was waiting for us in the fridge was super delicious. The “Walk like a local was wonderful despite the cold weather, we would recommend it to everyone. We can easily recommend the accommodation at Kai. Communication was great! ☺️

What a view indeed! Samuel's apartment is a lovely place with an amazing view. Samuel himself is very easy to reach, answers quickly and friendly. The insertion is a bit subtle, but be aware that the apartment does not offer WiFi (which you don't need since you'll be hiking all day anyway). 😉 Highly recommended Airbnb!

We communicated before and during my arrival. Armin was already waiting for me on site. He accompanied me to the apartment, helped with my luggage. In the apartment, he showed me around and showed me everything important. Armin and his wife were both very helpful. I had their phone number and could reach them at any time if I had any questions or difficulties of any kind. The apartment itself was a dream, especially for an amateur photographer like me. Six windows gave me a panoramic view of Bad Kreuznach, at any time of day or night. In addition, the location of the apartment is great: In the middle of the old town, right next to the bridge houses, the landmark of Bad Kreuznach. In the immediate vicinity Kornmarkt, Pauluskirche, view of the Kauzenburg, pedestrian zone for shopping, what more could you ask for? Many worthwhile walks and hikes are possible in the area. The apartment is tastefully decorated and leaves nothing to be desired!

Very cool furnished houseboat to have a good time with friends. It's almost a pity that we were there in winter over New Year's Eve and couldn't really use the outdoor area. It gets a little chilly on the water in the long run. :) But our expectations of the interior and amenities were exceeded. Thanks for the lovely stay and pleasant communication.
