The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice apartment. Lots of space and very clean. There is a nice balcony with a great view of the area. The gym and pool are very good as well. I have stayed here a few times now and Huong has always been responsive and helpful

The apartment was very nice and we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and nice from the kitchen to bathroom to the sleeping area. Unfortunately, only the dishes were a bit dirty but half as wild. Unfortunately, it is further away from the old town, but easily accessible by scooter (about 10-15 min drive) We were very pleased and happy to recommend.

Unique place in an incredible location. Hard to believe you can find a quiet and peaceful place in one of the busiest parts of the city, but you find that here. The balcony is the highlight… great place to relax with coffee or a drink. Like any “tiny house,” there are some quirks (showering is a bit of an adventure), but it is definitely a place I’d recommend.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi, this is it! It is close to everything, very secure and felt like home. We stayed for 16 days and would definitely stay here again. Yes, there is street noise, but Hanoi IS street noise! Our street at home is almost silent at night, but I had no problem sleeping. Well, except for when Vietnam won the soccer 😆I have never heard such immense happiness and cheering! We were privileged to share a meal with Ngoc and her family and cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. The day before we left, Ngoc prepared tea and snacks for us with the most delicious little onions I have ever eaten! We had everything we needed, and Ngoc or her son were always on hand if we had a question or wanted information. It felt like home and I was SO sad to leave Ngoc, but I know have gained a beautiful friend 💕

Ms Huong was very friendly and nice. Showed us the room and where to get things around. Great to have her to make our stay more welcoming. It was a great and pleasant stay overall.

this property was in a great location out of the busy hustle and bustle of the city, and the view of the small lake was absolutely amazing, so peaceful at night. I would highly recommend NOT staying here during New years, as they play extremely loud music early in the morning in the plaza throughout the day.

The host was very friendly, the message was very responsive, there was always any questions answered, the room was also very good, there was an elevator, very clean.

The place is in the center of old quarter, theres a lot coffee shop and restaurant nearby, very close to train street. May is very kind and giving us good recommendation of restaurant and reasonable souvenir shop. We can also deposit our lugagge after we check out. Our stay is pleasant and wonderful.

The location, amenities, ambiance, decor, and privacy is top notch! The cons are the stairs, which is ok for us, street noise, and only one can keep the keys needed to open and close the main gate. It’s a good thing though, it made our group on schedule as we’re always together going in and going out.

We spent a very nice Christmas time in Hanoï in the cosy appartment of Linh thanks to her great care and attention for us and her full availability. Cam on nha Linh and Thang!

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

Excellent place! Beautiful view on the balcony of the koi pond and great restaurants walkable in the area. It felt like home that we didn’t want to leave. Definitely would book again next time in Hanoi

Very friendly host. We were met by the host who showed us are the unit. Everything we needed was provided, with some extras thrown in. Very thoughtful. There’s a security guard on the ground level who helped us with our luggages. Location is quite centralised. Walking distance to many places of interest. Easy to get Grab to places further away. You can still hear some traffic noises as it’s quite close to a main intersection but we liked it cos this is Hanoi!

transportation, reasonable prices

The apartment is quite large - plenty of seating in the living space and comfy. We walked nearly everywhere but Grab was easy and inexpensive as well. We were here for the Lunar Chinese New Year - it was super busy, then super quiet. We saw the fireworks from the balcony it was gorgeous. Everything was good.
