Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mahmutlar

Thank you to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip being giving our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a paradise week we have nothing to complain about

I was at the house in November. A beautiful house and beautiful holiday complex. For the first week, loud music could still be heard in the hotel across the street. The 2nd week was closed. The house has no heating, can then get a little fresh in the evening hours at +12 degrees only. When the sun has shone, there was also hot water as there is a solar system on the roof. Unfortunately, the windows were not so close to the noise from the D400 expressway. You always had some traffic noise. There are shutters everywhere and the kitchen was really great. Everything was there for cooking, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle and much more. Can recommend the house.

We loved it! It was the most cozy and pleasant apartment I lived in. Thank you separately to the host, who helped out many times, helped and was very responsive. The apartment is 10/10! Very clean, there is a courtyard, everything important is close. I'm 100% satisfied

Tunahan was easy to get in touch with. When the tube was finished, it made its replacement. The view from the house was beautiful. The air conditioners in the living room and one bedroom made us stay comfortable. If I go to Alanya again, it will be my first place to stay.

Ruhi is a super owner. The apartment is completely worth the money. Any questions can be resolved with Ruhi, but there are almost no questions, since everything is already provided))) I highly recommend it!

The villa was lovely placed up in the hill with a lovey view over Alanya. Lovely pool and bubble bath outside and a wonderful barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. We used it a lot. The communication was good all the way, and we realle enjoyed the lovely apartment. I will recomment renting a car, since the village is up the hill, but you can also easily get a taxi. The location of the house is very good right across from the supermarket and pharmacy. The house is no different than the photos. The nice useful pool is great. It can be a problem for those who can't swim just because of the height of the pool. I think its height is around 180cm. Every item that can be used in the house has been considered. There is no sunbeds on the beach. It can be rented from hotels a little ahead. The host was very caring and very polite. Our only problem was the showers upstairs with little water. It was flowing like a rope. We two families left very happy. Thank you very much

The house is as described, nicely spacious and the surroundings very quiet. The hosts have been very eager and always easily accessible. We especially liked the fact that we were allowed to enter the villa before check-in time. Thank you for the stay and that everything worked out so quickly
