We were completely satisfied. We first tried self-catering in the Seychelles. Before that, we always had half board in hotels. Rooms are clean, neat and well equipped. The staff is always friendly and very helpful With the location on the Anse Possession, we would always recommend a car rental. Larger shopping opportunities are in the neighboring bays Anse Georgette or towards Anse Lazio. If you absolutely need a huge pool, this is the place to be. But opposite is the luxury Hotel Raffels :) they have a huge pool :)) to use:). There are also very nice beach sections. We loved Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette too. Great place, close to restaurant and many supermarkets. The hotel has its own beach with chairs and shade (palm trees). A really beautiful beach. You can rent a car, and it's next to a bus stop. It's walking distance to Anse Georgette, and Anse Lazio. I really recommend this place, if you're going to Praslin!

Everything was really great! When we first entered the hotel, Marie welcomed us with a smile and nice treats. The room was very clean and the terrace was really peaceful. One evening we experienced Marie's delicious dinner. Of about 10 restaurants we went to in Seychelles, Marie's food was by far the best. We were sad to leave this beautiful place behind on our way out of the hotel but we were so happy to meet such a great host. I definitely recommend!! :)

A super great quiet area. 10min by car to Victoria. Had great boat trips right outside the door. Everything has been so attention and always around you. In the evening, there was a barbecue and there is something delicious for everyone. I can only recommend it. LG Stephanie. p.s I liked it so much that I always want to come back <3

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment, with its amazing views and in great location. We would definitely like to stay again in the future. Eden island is great fun with the golf buggies, pools and beaches.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! Everything was exactly as described – spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responded quickly to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we hope to come back someday!

We had a great stay. We love Eden Island and this was another good Maison option. Tina and Vicky were a fantastic host team as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Eden Island is truly a paradise and the house goes with it. It’s wonderful getting around the complex in the golf cart which is provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

I have returned to this accommodation for the second time, and I would still recommend it 100%. First of all, you are living almost right by the ocean. The crystal-clear turquoise water is simply fantastic every day. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Nearby, you’ll find a fish market and various shops, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Public transport runs every half hour to the city center and back, making it easy to get around. This place is my paradise on Earth, with a small, quiet beach nearby, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Of course, if you are looking for a resort with all-inclusive services, this might not be the place for you. However, if you prefer a more relaxing stay, home-cooked meals, and a cozy atmosphere, this is an ideal choice. Beautiful house with a large garden very well maintained and a vast terrace very enjoyable! Excellent contact with the owner and impeccable cleanliness. Place exposed to the wind in August and bad weather unfortunately during our stay which did not allow us to fully enjoy the pretty terraces at the bottom of the house. Difficult road to access (be careful not to cross a bus!) because a little isolated...The road ends on the track! Nearby wild beaches and deserts.

Very well located house, close to the beach. Peaceful surroundings and amazing view from the terrace. Beautiful and clean house. Aliki is friendly and responds quickly. We especially liked that we were allowed to stay longer in the house because the air plane left late in the evening. Thank you!

Excellent stay with friends at Villa Peax. Peggy and her husband are adorable and know how to answer any questions from their hosts, before and during their stay. Villa as described, very responsive and particularly attentive host. We highly recommend this place for group or family passing through Praslin

The location of the villa is stunning to walk out of the villa in the morning through the coconut trees and straight on to the pristine white beach was just fabulous. Marlene and her staff at the villa are just fantastic. So helpful and thoughtful. They kept the villa spotless even with my kids dragging in sand each day. Marlene got the coconuts cut down so one day we had fresh coconut water and flesh for breakfast. Another day she came in with a whole papaya. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Can’t wait.

The place is as described, but it could use an update to 😊 what we needed. The proximity to a small public beach and shops is ideal. Parking on the property and a couple of extra turtles 😅 Thanks, and we recommend 👍🏻

Excellent host , Allison is always available . Beach towels are provided and staff there to turn the apartment . Allison was very kind . We needed eggs for breakfast for our kids , there was a shortage of eggs on the island but Allison gave us her personal stash . Also arranged transfers and car rentals for us . Stress free experience . Hotel like service Highly recommend

It is a great, safe, reasonably priced place to base yourself in the Seychelles, the apartment was clean, well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the incredible Seychelles. Thanks to Mario and the team who where responsive, friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend Daniel's place for sure!

The apartment is perfect for two, with a lovely comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and really good sized kitchen / lounge area with a great balcony overlooking the Marina and the hills. Excellent kitchen fully equipped (has a Nespresso so bring capsules). Eden island is a great facility and a good base to tour from. Some good restaurants (Bravo in particular), and four beaches on the island means you don’t have to go far. That said, even some of the best and most remote beaches in the south such as Grand Police are only 40 minutes away. Airport is 12 minutes. Communications pre stay were excellent, and the hosts provided all we needed to apply for our entry visa. Would definitely stay again!

Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!

Great unit on Eden Island. In great condition, second floor, large wrap around balcony, lots of light, on a bay looking back at beach and mountains. Sandra was very responsive and helpful.

This place was an amazing find!! It was very close to the beach. It was on the bus route to take you into town. The beach and rock pool were amazing. I caught fish at another beach area and brought them home to cook. Pina had a fish cleaning area and everything available to cook a meal. The air conditioners in both bedrooms worked great!!. The living and dining area were very spacious for family games we brought. Pina had games too. Her communication was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time! Eden Island is the perfect location. We were close to Victoria and the marinas for Cat CoCo Ferries and other excursions. There are lots of restaurants on Eden Island - you take the provided golf cart. There are always taxis on the front road. There is a large supermarket inside the shopping center. A lot of the shops - including ice cream shops and the pharmacy are only open 10-6. The Nespresso machine is a euro cord so you need a converter to operate it. We found one at Shiva’s shop across from the pharmacy. We spent hours on the balcony, the view of the marina is so peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, we didn’t go to the pools but we went to the beach across the street a couple of afternoons. There are lounge chairs and there were never more than 4 other people when we were there. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be plenty of kitchen items. There were plenty of beach towels. We got Nespresso pods at the Spar Supermarket on Eden Island, they had a good selection. We also had a yogurt and granola snack every morning. The Boardwalk Restaurant has breakfast and opens at 10:00 but most others don’t open until 12:00. We couldn’t get coffee in the shopping mall before 10:00. There was construction going on at the front of the marina but the noise wasn’t too loud - some of the shops/restaurants at the front by the construction had limited hours. Vladimira is a wonderful hostess and her apartment is lovely. Having the washer and dryer to clean sandy clothes was divine. We would definitely stay here again! Make sure to get the exact address for the Seychelles Health Form. They denied my travel permit when I just put Eden Island as my destination!
