Ahmed is a person we really enjoyed meeting. Apart from the fact that this is the accommodation we preferred in La Digue, Ahmed is very kind, very attentive to his guests, very kind. Her place is located in a pleasant environment, with a large garden and terrace where fans make rest or meals really enjoyable. It felt good there. Secluded from the hustle and bustle and close to everything. Ahmed left us the whole house, living a little further away. The A/C in the bedroom is perfect. Neighborhood dogs or morning roosters didn't bother us at all. It's a homestay with sounds, birds, a neighborhood. If you're looking for the standardization of hotel chains, go your way. But if you like the warmth of a thoughtful welcome, that's really great. The meal Ahmed offers in the evening, on request, is royal.

I had a peaceful and pleasant stay. The place was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, cozy, and comfortable. While it was a bit farther from the popular beaches than we expected, it was still manageable and gave us a quieter environment to unwind. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and corner shops. What stood out the most was their kindness – they lent us their bus card for easy travel and even dropped us off at the airport when we couldn’t find a driver last minute. That thoughtful gesture truly meant a lot. Overall, a smooth stay with no issues. Would recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a considerate and helpful host.

It was an amazing stay at Beryl‘s Guesthouse. We were warmly welcomed. Every day they served us a really nice breakfast (a lot of fresh fruit, toast, marmelade, coffee and also once eggs), even before the starting time because we woke up very early every day . They helped us always if we had any questions! When I had a pretty bad sunburn, they even brought some fresh aloe Vera for help! I would everyone recommend to stay there 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Nadia's Airbnb! The place was exactly as pictured—cozy, comfortable, and clean. Although it’s not very big, it has everything you need and feels very welcoming. Nadia is such a kind and warm-hearted person. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, was always available if we needed anything, and gave us great tips for exploring the island. On our first night, she even cooked a delicious Creole dinner for us—such a special gesture! The house is located up on a hill, making it quiet and peaceful. It’s a bit remote, but the local buses run regularly down to Victoria, and there’s a small shop by the bus stop with all the essentials. We can highly recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thank you, Nadia, for everything!
