This air bnb is absolutely adorable! Beautiful detail design everywhere you look! Everything was squeaky clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen had coffee & tea. The location is awesome with places to eat inside the neighborhood, the Gulch being very close and then downtown not far at all either! Will definitely keep on my list to stay here again when we’re back in Nashville

A nice spot to stay if you are in Nashville. The place was clean and quiet. There is a Kroger within a minute of walking distance if you need to go get some stuff too. My girlfriend and I had two dogs with us and the neightbourhood was well-lit and felt safe to walk them at night. Our host Jeff was very responsive to any questions I had and was most commodating to our needs!

We were there for a very short stay and this was perfect. Close to airport and downtown. We took Ubers all weekend very much worth it. I forgot my iPhone charging cord and Lindsey & Peter had an extra one to loan me. They are a very friendly couple. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Shawna and Jonathan’s place was great! You walk in and the layout is perfect. Pictures don’t do this nice place justice. It was welcoming and the neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. Shawna and Jonathan were responsive and if I needed anything they were there to help! Broadway is 15 minutes away give and take on traffic and time of day. This is a place where I would definitely stay more than just one night. I will definitely be back thank you both for hosting me!

Kelly is an amazing host, and her studio apartment is spotless, cute & cozy, and conveniently located to anything and everything Nashville has to offer. Nashville is busy, and Kelly’s is a quiet place to exhale! She has thought of everything to make an overnight, or extended stay, worry free! Honestly, I’m hoping it stays the best kept secret, because I hope to return many times!!

Allyson’s place was comfortable, cozy and perfect for my overnight in Nashville. The place was even better than the photos and I really appreciated the great recommendations that Allyson provided on places to eat. Had a yummy dinner at Lockeland Table. Allyson was so friendly and helpful, especially when I had trouble with the keypad (completely user error!!). Thanks for the warm welcome and great stay! Highly recommend!

This place was the perfect place for a short weekend getaway. The space was just enough for my friend & I to share! Katie & Aaron were responsive when we had questions or needs.

The BNA Oasis was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Bryana had thought of everything we may need, and the special touches were appreciated. The place is designer level beautiful, esp the bathroom! We enjoyed eating brunch at Sweet Milk which is only 4 mins away. Will definitely stay here again!

Easily one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Attention to detail, cozy space, great communication from the host, and so clean. Having spent the previous night closer to the lights and noise of downtown Nashville, staying here was a calming and peaceful experience. 10/10 recommend!

We staged overnight at Jeff and Linda's during a quick trip to Nashville to see the holiday lights at Cheekwood. Their home is perfectly located for that event, as well as access to Vanderbilt and other Nashville attractions. Lots of good places to eat too! Jeff and Linda were excellent hosts: great communication and we had everything we needed and more. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Bobby's place is well equipped and comfortable, and I had everything I needed during my three night stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with restaurants in easy walking distance. Getting into the Nashville city center was straightforward. Bobby's was a thoughtful host and was responsive with communication and suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This place was so great! It was located in a great area, close to a lot! The space itself was so cute and cozy. My sister and I really liked it. This was also the only place I’ve ever stayed that was fully equipped with so many bathroom products (hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, dry shampoo, perfume/cologne and so much more) I really appreciated it all. Would love to stay here again for future visits! Deb was also sooo nice and helpful and welcoming. 10/10

I have spent the past 6 months regularly visiting Nashville for both work and personal reasons. I have booked the Beauty on Bate every. single. time. It truly has been my home away from home and Michael was extremely responsive any time I needed something or had a question. They were flexible with me if I ever needed a slightly early check in or check out time, etc. Their place is very well maintained, easy to get in and out of and is a prime location to access all of the best neighborhoods of Nashville! I highly recommend!!

Great location and nice neighborhood. We walked to a local restaurant and pub on Friday night and felt completely safe. The space was cozy and clean. Very easy to get a Lyft. Didn't wait for more than 5 minutes for pickup and close to all the attractions. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Plenty of space. Everything was great. Very clean. The "Suite @ 922" was sweet and also very informative. What I liked perhaps the best was looking from the west side of the entrance patio towards the city. After the EXTREME hustle and bustle of the downtown Nashville scene it was very nice to be able to escape from that. The view make it obvious that you made a good decision,
