This place was perfect. My daughter got married this weekend and the home was amazing. Great location to the venue and all the other events. Plenty of room for all our ladies getting ready. We had a great time . The communication from the host Stephanie was spot on. Thank you!

Mia solved every concern that we encountered and could not have been more helpful. This home was beautiful and provided a place for us to relax and enjoy visiting family in the area. I would definitely recommend this destination to others.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! My friends and I had wonderful stay at Matt's home located in the Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The location could not be better, very central, a very short walking distance to the Restaurant, clubhouse pool and golf course. This was my second time staying at this home and plan to make it the main lodging place as I continue to travel there for pleasure and business. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4-8 people. It has two levels of living space so it was nice when a few of us wanted to chill in the living room upstairs. Matt was very responsive to my emails, sent my friends their gate passes, check in and check out and was easy. I'm looking forward to booking my next stay with Matt very soon!

We had a great time and loved the location on Lake Sinclair. We docked our rental boat at the dock located on property. The family loved using the hot tub and sunning on the dock. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided privacy for all in my group of 4. The house was in immaculate condition and all the 5 star reviews I read were justified. Thank you so much Val for making this property a top place to stay on Lake Sinclair.

Overall: This is an excellent budget find, in a safe area, with a wonderfully responsive and helpful host. It is easy to find, close to lots of great things to do, and we felt right at home. It was spacious for our family of 5 and the a/c worked well. The yard was nice, everything was well furnished, and though there are a few "old house" quirks, there was NOTHING negative in the way of cleanliness or safety. Pros: Lawrence is by far the friendliest and most responsive host I have ever had in my years of renting on airbnb. He was helpful and his place was very spacious and welcoming, we had all the information we needed, and everything was very comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Cons: The house is on the older side, and had some typical old house quirks. The bathrooms/showers could really stand to be updated. It would have been nice to have a better availability of standard kitchen items like coffee filters, paper towels, tin-foil, and a baking dish or two.
