The stay is gorgeous... especially Vinitha's... as it has just the right view with pool... the stay is so close to the beach that you can actually gave your morning and evening walks to the beach . And I can't stop hyping my host Vinitha.... she's been very helpful and homely as possible. as I stayed alone for few days, Vinitha ensured my security was her first priority. being safe was the best feeling I had during my stay. thank you for everything.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

the name justified the place. it is cozy and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. we used our car to roam around though there is a beach in a short walk. for shops, restaurants and essentials one will need a bike or car thought there are a few renowned restaurants close by. we were here for a short stay and had no complaints. for the time of the year we stayed, the price was reasonable and we were satisfied with the stay.

The stay was amazing, and the host and the helper were so helpful. we had a great time with my family. Thank you to host for amazing home. we would always prefer this house for our goa tour.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

This place is truly the perfect spot to stay in Goa—I absolutely loved it! Raju, the caretaker, ensured everything was taken care of promptly. One message, and the work was done! There are plenty of excellent cafes within 5–6 kilometers, and popular beaches like Anjuna and Vagator are close by. If you’re traveling with family and plan to visit Baga or Calangute, they’re also just a short distance away. While the more aesthetic cafes are a bit farther, it feels totally worth it when you return to this property. It’s simply perfect!

By far the best AirBnB property we stayed in. We didn’t miss anything that was included in the description and the place was well maintained. We didn’t get a feel of any kind of wear and tear as well. All the seven rooms were spacious and very well planned building. We had a great time. Will recommend this property to my friends. Very happy with all the support from the host and security staff was also good and worth a mention. Cook was ok, this is the area where things can get better. If I were in the property again I might try to get food from outside or probably go out. Or be more cautious and give proper instructions to the cook.

Amazing place to be in Goa as a group or family to create memories. The Villa is homely and has been decorated with great details. We were group of eight and had a great time. Even the smallest things are taken care for amenities. We got the best hospitality from the service staff.Ashok was always there for any call. The chef Aunty’s food was out of the world cooked with love.All of us wished we would have stayed 1 more day. We all highly recommend it.

Neeraj was a great host! He has curated the home with vintage beautiful decor & nice landscaping. The location of the property is perfect for vacationing family with all standard things like the beach, touristy spots, shopping, amazing food, all at short distances. All in all, a memorable time.

Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Kevin, This for you, Great host and very soft spoken person, it's very easy to find place and check in, flat is more beautiful and spacious than photo, kitchen has more utensils than we think, 3 balcony, very much cross ventilation, society is very piece, my family enjoyed swimming pool, enough parking space, most important when we reached, internet has some issues, which was clear mentioned by his team, but when Kevin know this, he called for this, and within 2 hour, his team changed the fiber cable and Router, the turn around time is so fast, this is showing, how Kevin and his team is caring for his guest, near by restaurant and liquor shop are 20 MTR from society, lift is always available at your floor, electricity will go in day only for 2 to 3 minutes, we enjoyed a lot, thanks for care and help, thanks AIRBNB. 100% PAISA WASSOL

We had an excellent stay at Karl's place...enjoyed the property... its bang on the beach yet private... lots of good eating and partying places around... the caretaker family of Santosh and his mom made delicious breakfast for us and cleaned the rooms everyday...totally worth the money spent...we were also lucky to have a very robust sea breeze all the 3 days... that made it even better... Karl's relative has a restaurant next door who provides 15% discount on food... excellent food (palms and sands)... all in all we thouroughly enjoyed and will surely come back to the property again post monsoons

The property was very clean and spacious for 2. It was very close to beach, just around 5-7 mins of walk. Omar was very accommodating to all our requests. We had a great time out there.

We recently visited Goa and had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa. The location was ideal, and the villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The caretaker, Mr. Abhishek, was exceptional - supportive, attentive, and ensured all our needs were met. Highly recommend this villa for a wonderful stay.

Our stay at casa bottu(the island pool villa) was such a Happy experience! Bishnu and Raghu uncle were of great help in and around the house. They took care of all our requests with great smile. The food they cooked was so delicious, we really missed it for few days even after our vacation and the house, it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by serene nature and clean pool. Every morning you could hear so many birds as if you were in a sanctuary. Overall, the experience was truly magical, rating a perfect 5/5. This villa is the ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. I can't recommend it enough!

It’s one of the best places to stay in Goa… peaceful, newly constructed villa with all the amenities and private pool with excellent support staff and the property manager Mr. Manoj was soo helpful in all the ways.. there is a restaurant near by and the taste is awesome too.. This property will definitely be my option when I visit Goa again… and lastly the property matches exactly with the pics that u can see in the Airbnb site..

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Lucy's place is one of the best place I have stayed in my recent times. It is going to be hard for the future host to provide us a place with this high standards. we were group of 6 adults and 2 kids, we stayed for 3 nights. we checked in midnight ly , Lucy was readily available on call whenever needed. she proactively checked with us for car and other things . provided us with a contact of local home chef. The place was easy for find , it's just as seen in the pictures . 20 mins from Baga beach , we were able to get great food delivered for top restaurants in swiggy, there were 2 highspeed wifi . we could not have asked for more. Thank you Lucy for making our stay a wonderful one

the place in kind off in the middle, so easily accessible to all the near by beaches and market in condolim. caretaker Mr Sachin was easily reached with quick response.. amenities are good.. 4 people can stay at at the time, 1bhk overall, I really liked the place.. you can book it without any hesitation.. the rooms was better than the shown photos

This was one of the best stays I have had in my long history of travel. The apartment is situated in a well maintained society in a cozy calm neighborhood. It is however at center of all that is happening in North Goa. Its 10 mins away from the beach, and 30 mins away both from Heritage city of Panjim in South and the beautiful Morjim beach in North. The apartment is very well furnished, and we felt being home away from home. Illoosh has given a personal artistic touch to the house that we enjoyed thoroughly. Her love for Goa reflected in her recommendations for experiences for us to try. We had an extended stay here and worked remotely for a few weeks. The reception on phone wasn't great but a stable Wifi enabled us to work without any major interruptions. Thank you Illoosh and Mallika for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Would love to be back and stay in Goa with them as our hosts.

Photographs cannot justify the beauty of the apartment, it was much better. It is well designed with a loft, spacious and well maintained. The flat was right in front of the pool which is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, people were helpful, the resort was beautiful just next to the beach through a private road. There were many eateries just next to the road and taxis were available a call away. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
