It was a nice stay. We had a lot of fun in the pool. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the caretaker Prem was very friendly and cooperative. The host always responded to our messages quickly. We had a seamless late night checkin and an early morning checkout without any problems. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary items that needed for a stay , making it feel cozy and welcoming. Raul provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the process seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to checkin and maps helps you to get the place easily. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Raul was an outstanding host—very responsive and thoughtful. He even helped in getting necessary items that we asked . He as an amazing cool nature of living . Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The place was neat and clean . Washrooms , rooms and everything was clean. Clean towels and bedsheets. Service was prompt. Mr. Raju was very helpful in all our requests. There are multiple entries and known cafe nearby Ventilation in the washroom can be improved. The place is in a residential area where multiple AirBnb's are operating. So you do NOT get the Goa peaceful vibe , but a great place to come home after roaming all the day. I would recommend this stay and above value for money.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed so far. The property is artistically thoughtfully decorated. The housekeeper and his wife did an amazing job feeding us a delicious food. The swimming pool was amazing. Highly recommend this place for large groups.

We were there for 2 months. Exceptional host. Great communication. There was a problem with the fridge, he bought a brand new one. We mentioned the bed was quite hard, he bought us a brand new mattress topper. The WiFi was weak in the bedroom, he got new separate hub installed. He provided washing liquid for machine. He organised taxi pick up from airport and agreed very early check in. The place was cleaned regularly.

Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Best part was the welcome you get from our favourite “Patches” just before you enter the house. Thank you Noella and Erlick for everything. Thanks.

This was the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in - like the pousadas of Portugal or paradores of Spain, only more affordable. I have been to the village of Malar many times as my Goan friends come from there, but this time I needed to work remotely for a few days for my employer, so needed a peaceful place with wifi. It's a 150-year old Portuguese-Goan villa which Rashmi and Pradeep have lovingly restored to its original glory, taking great care of finding furniture, mirrors, lamps and artwork to match the style of the house. All the old seashell windows have been lovingly restored. Even though I stayed by myself I had the run of the house to work from and relax in. Sugam, the caretaker, who lives on the grounds in a small bungalow takes great care of the property which was spotless and the beautiful gardens. He was always on hand and very helpful. The kitchen has all mod cons such as a water purifier, microwave and washing machine and there are condiments, coffee, tea etc.

Positives - We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The host was very responsive and proactive. Shared all the details and contacts of maid, caretaker etc well in advance. Villa was good and location was excellent for those who want to visit Candolim beach, it's at walkable distance. Overall a great experience. Drawbacks - Looking at everything, we overpaid for it, maybe because of new year time. Actual worth is around 5-7k per day on normal days.

Beautiful Villa by the pool with a big balcony to enjoy your meals or cocktail. The beach is at a walkable distance. There is a nice supermarket and also good bars and restaurants nearby. Jay was a great host, we had a great time. Will definitely recommend this place to others !!!

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

we stayed here for 3 days and found the apartment to be very homely. it has a very well equipped kitchen and clean linens. The unit also has 5G wi-fi which makes helps in taking office calls and meetings if required. The locality is very peaceful and from a walkable distance from beach. The host is very polite and responsive. all in all a great experience.

house is mesmerising. It’s warm & cozy. Each corner is decorated so beautifully, it feels like every thing placed there is whole heart poured into. House is extremely positive , mornings & evenings are equally fresh & Anthony is just like a cherry on the cake. He’s smiling & always ready to say Yes to all our silly queries & help us out in every little thing. He really took good care of us too. We had a lovely time.
