This is a great rental if you want peace, quiet, and privacy. we would rent this again. used the hot tub and back yard for sunbathing and got a great tan early spring. was amazing.

We had a relaxing weekend and we would recommend this house. It’s very clean. It’s a nice and quiet area.

The cottage was the perfect spot to unwind. From the massage chairs to the open bar to the hot tub, Jared and Ian put much thought into making their guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were absolutely amazing especially the heated toilet. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a romantic or girls trip getaway. Will definitely be back.

The host was always quick to respond. The house was very spacious and had plenty of fun stuff besides the lake for entertaining and was very close to the boat ramp to load and unload the boat to tie to the dock for the weekend. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future

This cabin is beautiful and has a fantastic view of the lake. It is just the right size for four to six people. It was clean and comfortable. Prepare to drive a bit, as it is about 45 minutes to Milledgeville, but the drive is easy. I would definitely like to visit again soon.

Perfect location, the house is beautiful and the lake allows for a good time kayaking. The house itself was spacious, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Definitely will be coming back and recommend for anyone looking for a memorable retreat.

We stayed for a few days while we were visiting our son in college. Gorgeous spot on the lake! Private lot and peaceful. We rented a boat for the day which we enjoyed.

The house is quaint, located in a quiet neighborhood, and has many amenities both provided and natural that offer a relaxing trip away. Rachita was very responsive and the house had a nice looped driveway to aid in parking my truck and boat trailer. My kids, wife, and two small dogs loved the large, fenced-in yard and large boat dock. My 9 and 7 year old kids loved the small loft space and was setup perfect for kids to enjoy, it even had a small a/c unit to help keep it cool. The home is a little older but has been updated nicely, especially in the kitchen, and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I definitely recommend this home if you’re looking to stay near ATL. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very attentive at all times and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The surrounding area was beautiful and walkable. We definitely enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. Again, I highly recommend this home for your next trip to Georgia.

Dominic was incredibly accommodating and helpful during our entire stay. He was helpful in the check in and check out process and the house was in pristine condition. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Everything about the stay was exactly what we expected and more! Would highly recommend.

Purpose for our travel was to visit family in the area. The house and the view of the lake was great. My kids like the sound of nature at night while sitting outside the porch. We had a pleasant stay and location was perfect , and it fit well with our plan.Thank you!

We stayed here during Masters week 2025 and it’s the perfect location to do so. It’s about an hour and half from ANGC. Even if you don’t have tickets to the tournament, it’s a great spot to get away and have beautiful scenery around you while you watch on TV. There’s truly ample space for 16 people. Beautiful and clean home and surroundings!

One of my favorite places to stay. House was tidy and quaint, the farm and surroundings were peaceful and serene. Breakfast was phenomenal and the hosts were kind and friendly.

We spent a wonderful few days in Gia’s sweet little cottage. A half a block from the little shops and restaurants along Main Street. Gia was a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay for 6 nights at Ryan's place. He communicated very well. There wasn't a ton of extra furniture so it feels very spacious. It is a nice, modern place and we felt safe in the area and it was quiet except for the occasional trains, which we didn't mind! The king bed we were int was very comfortable. We definitely would stay again if we are in the area.

Had a great stay in Sparta! Brandon’s place was perfect for our needs as my in-laws live up the road and we just needed some space for our family for downtime. The house was accurately described and stocked with necessities. The view of the water was great and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck, the dock and my husband loved the hammock. Our 2 year old had a blast exploring the property. We asked if Brandon had a pak-n-play and were blown away that they were so kind to buy one for us and future guests to use, it made our travel so much easier! Great stay and I’m sure we will be back :)
