Vacation rentals with a kayak in Mabini

Anilao is one of the few places in the country where we keep returning because of its natural wonders, and Marian's Place is an excellent choice for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. All rooms and living areas have fantastic views of Balayan Bay. While the rooms don't offer air conditioning, this did not stop us from having a very good night's sleep. The night breeze, especially in March, was just right for us to relax at night. The staff is also amazing. Ate Cecilia was accommodating with the cooking, and Nelson was a valuable activity guide for snorkeling, watersports, and island exploration. He also helped us explore the surrounding coral reefs along the beach. We were even lucky to see sharks (small, friendly ones) in a nearby resort! Next time, we hope to see the sea turtles. Our family of six had a fantastic weekend! Thank you for having us.

The place was worth the price! It was peaceful and the staff was accommodating. Since it was our first time in Batangas we had a lot of questions on how to get around and they gave very helpful instructions. We had issues with the internet while we were there, it wasn't down, but we kept getting disconnected which was a bit inconvenient since we work remotely, nonetheless, we're definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We had a fantastic short stay at Caecilia’s beautiful villa in Mabini! The space was perfect for our extended family—plenty of room to relax, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Caecilia was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and clearly knows how to create a welcoming space. But the real MVP? Ronnie, the caretaker! He was incredibly helpful, always one step ahead of our needs, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Honestly, if there were a hospitality hall of fame, Ronnie would have a spot in it. A huge thank you to Caecilia and Ronnie for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

Lago Verde is nothing short of AMAZING. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place. Joey ensured that no expense is spared to make Lago Verde beautiful, pristine, and serene. Joey's staff, Ate Santa and colleagues will make sure that you are comfortable and safe during your stay. The place was awesome! The caretakers to the owners were very friendly and accommodating. They made the stay very memorable. And overnight stay would not be enough. Will definitely worth another visit. :)

We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

The place was easy to find and is the same as what is listed - not your high end airbnb type but made us feel at home and going back to simplicity of life. Maurine, the caretaker is a gem. She waited for us even we checked in very late, and attended us. Each morning, we have hot water available for coffee, unlimited ice already available in the fridge, kayak free of use and kitchen is complete too. Loved the duyans in this place, very relaxing. Can reco this place👌🏼

The villa is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we could possibly need, from cozy bed linens and towels to fully equipped kitchen utensils. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Sir Joel is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
