A wonderful home with beautiful view of the lake and a two level massive back deck to view it from, with the lower level covered. House was very clean. We dealt with a snow storm and power outage while we were there and the staff with Blue Ridge Escapes was very proactive in checking on us and responsive to our questions. 5 stars!

Views. Views. Views. The views. The views were absolutely stunning and the best on the lake. We rented a boat, had a lot of fun doing so, but literally spent more time at the house because of the views, privacy, and serenity. Paddle boarding, kayaking, and hanging out on the dock was spectacular. There are views from the kitchen, dining area, patio, every where you turned, the mountain was in full glory. The house was well equipped and stocked, with an added bonus of a nostalgic trip to the 80’s with the original floors and design. We had a great time taking in the serenity of it all. We felt a true connection with the energy of the space and nature. With all the hustle and bustle of our stressful lives, this listing has everything you can think of to unwind, unplug, and have a good time. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

We wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Moneta and Smith Mountain Lake! Beautiful views, excellent accommodations with everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed using the hot tub, home theater, games, dock and lake, and the home itself was just lovely; tasteful, clean, organized with zero clutter and we indeed felt right at home. Walking our dog around the neighborhood was lovely and easy. Our family was able to unwind and have so much fun! We also enjoyed Drifters restaurant, Smith Mountain Lake Coffee House and East Lake Community Church - all within short diving distance. We would absolutely come again! Thanks so much!

Great host. Very responsive. The place was extremely well maintained and very clean. Everything worked exactly as it should from the keyless entry to Internet access. The property is located .5 miles down a gravel road, which is rustic and dusty. The area is rustic as well. The price was a little high for a manufactured home but it was a holiday weekend.

Susan's lake condo was terrific! We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you could ask for in an Airbnb. The Mariner's Landing amenities were lots of fun and within walking distance. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts, game room and indoor pool & hot tub! We are looking forward to another visit.

Absolutely great place to stay! Exactly as described and it was beautiful. The deck is the perfect place to hang out with your family with the grill and all the space. Inside was cozy and well kept. Stocked with games and books for kids. Joseph was responsive and a great host. We are definitely looking forward to booking with him again!
