Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Cozy apartment just like in the photos, super equipped, comfortable beds as well as the sofa bed, it has two bathrooms which makes the stay more comfortable when large families are. The only bad thing is the location that is about 40 or 50 minutes from the center of Rome and since the metro is not the best option in Rome, the bus stations that leave you close to the apartment when you are in the center, take the route to walk a lot or do transshipment of many stops, which makes the arrival to the destination more. Everything else is fine.

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

Stefano's place was immaculate, and we felt very safe. He was a friendly, proactive host who was waiting for us upon arrival & even helped us figure out parking. Bring another pillow if you need more than the one per person provided. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Stefano's place to other guests.

The stay was, very peaceful especially after a long flight from Dubai. The location is close to airport and the apartment was very nice, spacious and safe. We enjoyed the stay and felt like home.

I booked this for my dad and he enjoyed his stay. The building has a reception and feels very secure. The apartment is very clean and has lots of storage space. It is close to the shopping mall and cafes.

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Giovanni and Sarah are great hosts and the experience from booking to arrival through to departure was easy and stress free. Clear communication, easy to follow instructions, and responsive. The accommodation was as described, clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and a peaceful location in a busy city. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to re book. we only stayed one day, but if I had to go back to Velletri I would stay with him again. The house is cozy and clean and the hot tub on the terrace is fantastic.

We had a great stay, the place is absolutlly fantastic with amazing view first line at the beach,amazing sunset, super clean , huge teraces and the host very responsive and friendly. The apartament is equiped with everithing that you need and even more. Walking distance there are a lot of great restaurants ,shops , supermarkets and a lot of things to do. For sure its a place where you feel like home so we trully recomend it and we will come again as soon as we can . We even received beers, wather and a lot of drinks . Thank you so much Joseph and for your father also ! Keep the great work that you do! Its amazing when you meet people and places like this !

The host ensured that we had a comfortable stay and extremely pleasant stay at his place. Daria not only gave us clear instructions to seamlessly reach her place but also came to greet us and let us check-in before the scheduled hours. The host gave important tips for commuteing in Rome which made us to optimumly utilise our stay at Rome in visiting the important tourist attractions. Daria also was helpful in arranging an NCC to drop us at Fimiciano Airport for our flight out of Rome. Daria is a great host and if we ever visit Rome again then we will repeat our stay at her place which is a spick and span house located in a very peaceful location with all amenities including a peaceful and private small garden on the rear of the house

It's the third time I stay in this charming apartment in the heart of Ostia and its always a wonderful experience. The host is super nice and attentive. If you want to experience the vibrant part of Ostia and in 1 step from the sea side this is the right place to be ! The flat decoration is also really nice with a very thought books of Rome collection b very nice touch 👌

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️
