It was easy to find, easy check in for sure. The Host is fast response. We have a slight problem about the water in one of the rooms and max fixed all the problem directly. For that is worth a five stars. Super cozy apartment and a very nice host. Definitely will come back again:)

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

Stefano's place was immaculate, and we felt very safe. He was a friendly, proactive host who was waiting for us upon arrival & even helped us figure out parking. Bring another pillow if you need more than the one per person provided. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Stefano's place to other guests.

The stay was, very peaceful especially after a long flight from Dubai. The location is close to airport and the apartment was very nice, spacious and safe. We enjoyed the stay and felt like home.

I booked this for my dad and he enjoyed his stay. The building has a reception and feels very secure. The apartment is very clean and has lots of storage space. It is close to the shopping mall and cafes.

Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

Villa Fiore is very nice, clean, comfortable and in a quiet area. Even now that it's December, it's well heated and you'll find everything you need. David is a very attentive and caring host, with a unique kindness. There were three of us and our dogs also enjoyed the garden (all fenced ) where they could run freely and safely. Even out of season the area is beautiful: Gaeta and the Christmas lights, Sperlonga and Villa Tiberio are nearby and absolutely unmissable. Thanks David, we'll definitely be back!

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Everything is perfect, beautiful house, clean, easy to reach, not far from the metro line A. (5 minutes walk) Strategic location to reach the most named places in the city. Quiet place. The host was very kind, we even found the brioche for breakfast and coffee. Great value. I am very happy and highly recommend it ♥️

This place was a big part of the best Vacation ever. Great location, close to the best restaurants in Sermoneta. Fully equipped and clean.

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

Giovanni and Sarah are great hosts and the experience from booking to arrival through to departure was easy and stress free. Clear communication, easy to follow instructions, and responsive. The accommodation was as described, clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and a peaceful location in a busy city. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to re book. Impeccable apartment, all the comforts and everything you need in a home. A stone's throw from the sea, restaurants, a pharmacy, tobacco, practically everything at your doorstep.

We had a great stay, the place is absolutlly fantastic with amazing view first line at the beach,amazing sunset, super clean , huge teraces and the host very responsive and friendly. The apartament is equiped with everithing that you need and even more. Walking distance there are a lot of great restaurants ,shops , supermarkets and a lot of things to do. For sure its a place where you feel like home so we trully recomend it and we will come again as soon as we can . We even received beers, wather and a lot of drinks . Thank you so much Joseph and for your father also ! Keep the great work that you do! Its amazing when you meet people and places like this !

A great apartment near the beach and many restaurants. Easy access to Rome. Corrado is a very helpful host, I recommend it any time of year.

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️
