I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

If you are planning on spending more than a week in Rome but do not want to reside in any tourist area, look no further than Antonia’s absolutely fantastic home in Garbatella!!!! The bedrooms (three!) are all spacious and well-lit. The bathrooms provide everything one needs, including a washing machine! We cooked several of our meals in her well-appointed kitchen as it contained everything one needs, including a huge refrigerator by Italian standards and a dishwasher! The BEST part however is Antonia herself! Fantastic communication throughout our stay and the most generous of persons, even dropping off fresh Italian pastries one morning! 5-minute walk to the metro; fantastic cheese and meat shop around the corner; 12-minute walk to the train 🚂 station and all in a vibrant neighborhood of true Italy!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Casa del Gelso is beautiful, peaceful and magical! The gardens with fruit and olive trees and flowers was lovely to stroll around with wonderful views off to the west. Patrizia and her family were so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there were traditional cookies and pannetore waiting for us on the kitchen table. Later Patrizia brought us a bottle of prosecco and Italian chocolate! Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing oranges and grapefruit from their garden. Patrizia and her family live upstairs in the large farmhouse and our family stayed in what is the entire ground floor with 4 bedrooms each with its own bath. We had ample heat for the chilly December days and nights and had a lovely stay.

Had a fantastic evening 😍❤️ La Jacuzzi is wonderful, huge and very spacious... the whole place was super clean and arranged including towels, soaps and everything you needed... They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from their very good production... We can't wait to come back 😍😍

We spent New year's eve at Alessandra's place and it was a really special experience. Nice surroundings, very cozy house. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Alessandra is very friendly, communicative and kind. We felt like home!

A great apartment and a great hostess, undoubtedly deserves all the flattering reviews that were left before me. One of the best apartments I've met on Airbnb. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos, but in the photo it is impossible to convey the incredible feeling of home coziness, cleanliness, relaxed warmth and comfort when you find yourself in this apartment, as if you have returned home. Even such household details are thought out that you can come to Valentina and find everything you need, even if by the will of evil rock at the airport they lose your suitcase😀😀. Valentina is an exceptional host, very friendly, responsive , very quickly answers your questions, prepared a collection of useful information about Rome. Special great appreciation for being able to resolve the issue of our early arrival and check-in in Rome. We would love to stay at Valentina's next time if we can.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. It was hot and crowded in Italy when we visited but we always felt relaxed after a long, hot day coming back to Ventsislav’s place. Clean and looked exactly like the photos! Will book again if we go back to Rome.

Perfect location, sea view spacious house, host available and flexible with schedules, I recommend it

Lilia's apartment was very clean and felt spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The patio/balcony area is massive and you can see the sea from there. The decor is perfect, looking elegant without many fragile items to move out of reach of small children. The kitchen is equipped with most of what you would need, the only exception being the lack of a microwave, but for us that was not a problem. Lilia kindly provided a highchair and some children bowls, plates, and cutlery which we are grateful for. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I've ever slept in and the electric shutters help to provide darkness should you have the chance to sleep late into the morning. The place is in a great location if you have a car. Central Rome is an hour away, either directly driving to the centre (beware of TZL) or by driving to a Metro station and continuing with train. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Supermarkets only a few minutes drive away. We would come back.

Lovely house in the hills with a beautiful view! If you have a car, it’s very easy to explore the surrounding countryside and get into the city of Rome. Simona was a very sweet and gracious host.

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, it is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient plant), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, comfortable for children. Wifi that works well for smart working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

Beautiful cottage! In our opinion, in a very good location to reach various places in Rome (for us everything was very practical, in about 20 minutes we were at the Colosseum and from there everything can be reached very well, on foot). Very quiet! Peace in a small village where there is everything! The welcome and kindness of Alessandro's mother, very welcome!

Beautiful place, was made to feel very at home by the lovely hosts who catered for all of our needs. The location is perfect - nestled amongst nature with picturesque towns nearby. We loved our time there and hope to be back in the future! Really special.

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.
