We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even allowing us to check in earlier, which was a huge convenience. The house itself is both cozy and spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The variety of facilities provided is truly impressive—there’s a BBQ area, washing machine, pool table, ping pong table, and much more. The cinema room was a standout feature—very spacious and perfect for movie nights. The pool was another highlight; it’s very big and ideal for both kids and adults to enjoy. This place is perfect for families or groups, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sitiawan. We’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We had a great stay in this place.. luckily we extend our stay.. the place is clean, facilities and equipment well maintained.. beautiful surroundings,peaceful.. it’s a great place for a big family stay..

The host is highly responsive and provided clear and easy instructions for us the check in without any issues. We did realise a small issue after checking in was that there was no toilet paper provisioned, and we feedback to the host and immediately toilet rolls were despatched to the location by courier. We were glad that the courier left the toilet rolls at the gate as we had left the premises since a taxi booked to go out to grab dinner had arrived. The shower pressure was good and it gave us a great pleasure to clean up after a long day's ride. The location is also just nice for us since it is near the main road for good accessibility yet about 20m away from traffic noises with our own private space.

Located within a private gated enclave backed by a lush green lung. It was a leisurely 8-minute walk to Pantai Bogak and many roadside food stalls. Loved the location and would definitely be back.

booked the house fr my family.. we are there to buried my mom ash. chew help me to check I'm earlier as we are bringing ashes from jb to setiawan. really feel like home. my family asked me to book this house for our upcoming trips..
