The apartment has two floors, on the ground floor as well as the living room we find the direct exit to the public beach. Completely renovated with high standing accessories. Private parking included in the price. In 15 minutes you can reach Locarno and Ascona, in 20 minutes Bellinzona. In a 5-minute walk, we find bars, restaurants, a public bathroom, and a tennis court. P.S. Above the bed, there is an ancient bread oven.☺️
