Vacation rentals with a patio in Lugano District

Mara‘s apartment felt home the moment we stepped inside. My son was very happy with all the toys available. Very kid-friendly in that sense. We were able to utilize the kitchen and it has eveything you need (except for microwave) but it was not a problem for us. Very clean and minimalist ambiance. Would highly recommend! 💯

We had a wonderful week in Jens' apartment on Lake Maggiore. The view from the terrace was breathtaking! The apartment was very clean and completely met our expectations. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Jens was always accommodating as a host and always responded promptly to our questions and requests. I was grateful for the kind acceptance of the early check-in. It was nice to be able to check in easily because they provided a video guide of the route from Jungang Station to the accommodation before check-in. And the accommodation was also very close to Jungang Station, it matched the photos, and it was clean and guest-friendly, so I was satisfied. It even had a coffee machine and capsules, and a Swiss tourist map, first aid kit, and more were prepared! And in the kitchen, there was a kitchen towel and a rubber band, etc., and the interior was very thoughtful for the guest, and the bed was also comfortable. However, the house was a little cold. The radiator had its limits, and it was at a level where you could feel a little cold when you slept at night. However, despite these shortcomings, it was a very satisfying accommodation because everything else was perfect, friendly, and thoughtful. The location was nice, and the host was friendly, so I felt good the whole time I stayed. I would definitely like to stay at this property in Lugano next time I stay in Switzerland. I highly recommend it.

We had an incredible time at Lake Maggiore and a large part of this experience is definitely thanks to Rebecca's wonderful accommodation and its warm welcome. The contact with her was exceptionally friendly, attentive and straightforward from the beginning – you immediately feel welcome. The apartment itself is a little paradise: from the cozy terrace you have a breathtaking view over the lake – perfect for relaxing mornings with coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There was really everything you could want to unwind after an eventful day at the lake or in the mountains. A special highlight was the lovingly prepared care package with pasta and snacks to welcome you – a super attentive gesture that made the start of the vacation even more beautiful. Our dog also felt completely comfortable – it is noticeable that everyone is thought of here with a lot of love. In short: Everything worked out! Merci!

Fabio and Inna are fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and helpful! The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area. With two boys between 10 and 14 years old, we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Thanks to both of you for our amazing stay!

House for nature lovers. In the middle of the forest with a large private garden. You have many opportunities to relax around the house. It is simply but conveniently furnished. The individual floors can each be reached via an external staircase. We enjoyed our stay in this oasis of peace.

Leo was a fine host who provided us with great service. The old Ticino house is romantic and the view of the lake from all windows is wonderful. For 8 it is a bit tight, ideal for 6 people. We especially appreciated that you can travel wonderfully with public transport. Boat, bus and train are close by. The small shop nearby offers everything for everyday use.

We had a fantastic time in Sessa – a beautiful place with local village life and perfect base for trips to the Lugano - Lake Maggiore region. Jonas' house is very charming, has an authentic atmosphere, everything was as described online. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and basic ingredients, which makes the stay very pleasant for families. Communication with Jonas was very relaxed, he was always accessible and made sure we were introduced well into the house. We would love to visit Jonas' house again and would highly recommend.

Very nice and cozy place to stay on the lake! Great view. We immediately felt comfortable and spent relaxing days in the Villino. Very lovingly furnished and everything you need is there. Jeannette is very friendly, straightforward and the communication always worked out great. We are very happy!

Great place with enchanting views. Beautiful pool and absolutely homely pergola and BBQ. Beds are fresh and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Even has games on site in case it rains or is cold.

We spent a full week at La Rungia with Sandro and Lisa. The stay was wonderful and met our utmost expectations. The cottage is furnished with love and you immediately feel at home. The furnishings are well equipped and nothing is missing and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. A highlight is of course the hot tub ,which is available for private use. The bus stop can only be reached in a few meters and you are in Lugano in a short time and can do a lot from there. I want to mention the communication with Sandro and Lisa, just great. We will be happy to come back soon.

Amazing stay at this apartment/house by the lake. Complete with all kitchen necessities. Heater and AC available. We had one sunny day but managed to have a nice stand up paddle by the lake connected to the house. The view is just incredible and the host is helpful enough to accommodate our needs. Very close to the city center and Italian border. I highly recommend and will consider to come back again!

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. Michael communicates quickly and is open to additional questions or concerns. Thank you, dear Michael, for the wonderful stay.

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

We really enjoyed our stay at Josiane and Tiziano's place. The bright apartment is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It has plenty of space and has spacious living room connected with kitchen. The view of the village of Arogno, which can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, is phenomenal! Despite good public transport connections, the place is very quiet, the street can't be heard. Josiane and Tiziano were extremely accommodating guests and were quick to respond to questions. We felt very welcome and welcomed. We highly recommend the accommodation and the guests!

Site is wonderful, amazing, the pool, access to the lake, all 10, the only bad thing was that there was a cockroach, but I let it happen because it was more the good thing than this little detail.

It is a very nice apartment and you have a great view of Lake Maggiore. You can walk to the lake in just under half an hour, by bike / car in a few minutes. There is also the nearby airfield, from where you can also take a flight in addition to the typical activities. Maruska was very friendly, always easily accessible and the apartment was very well furnished. Thank you :-)

Great apartment in a very good location, a breathtaking view! And even if Mariam was not able to welcome us in person we felt her kindness through her little notes disseminated in the apartment 😄
