The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. We had a great time at Fredrick’s Airbnb. This was the location for my proposal to my now fiancé and he was very responsive to allow a slightly early check in to have time to set up. It was a great weekend with wonderful memories, and the house gave us a great place to enjoy. We will happily come back and stay!!

❤️ Definitely coming back if I have the opportunity. Used this as a get away for myself. While there are reviews on here where they did things- I literally just stayed in the whole time. So I shall speak about the home itself. Very warm and inviting. Plenty of space and locations for variety of seating and work space. Many different windows for viewing (though I will say that the kitchen and living do not have blinds). The dining room/king sized bedroom/room with hanging chair has amazing lake views. ❤️ Also! Neighbors are nice- which is a good thing.

Fantastic home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities. The hot tub was amazing! The view to the lake was beautiful. Lots of thoughtful details, like plentiful towels. Nicole was a great host. Would love to return in summer or fall to fully experience the natural beauty of Michigan and make use of more of the amenities.

We stayed during the "off" season so lots of activities, shops and places to eat were closed. We didn't mind too much because we were looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay. It has to be amazing during the warmer months when you can take advantage of being outside and in the water. Since the house is right on the lake, we had beautiful views. I was lucky enough to catch an amazing sunrise. "The Sandlot" was exactly what you think of when you think family lakehouse. Rustic, cozy and charming. It felt very homey. The house was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The only issue we had were so many trips up and down the stairs. If you have any mobility issues like me, (bad knee) then you must be careful on the stairs. They can be kind of slippery in socks.
