Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lucerne District

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

I've had Airbnb experiences many times. The most beautiful house I have ever stayed in and the two most beautiful people I have met. You are very good people with very pure hearts. Your home was simply wonderful. Also, we will definitely not forget Nui's cheesecake and wonderful dishes. We would love to come again and will plan to do so. Thank you very much.

Carmelina's Airbnb provided us the perfect location to access hikes in the Interlaken, Grindelwald and Kandersteg region. Her place has a well equipped kitchen, fridge with a freezer, washing machine, spacious bathroom, open lounge room and a very comfortable large bed. Carmelina provided us with a new fan on arrival, which was much appreciated on the warmer days during our stay. We had private, off street parking. Darligen is a beautiful, small town with friendly faces and amazing views of the lake and mountains. We hope to be back soon.

My family have the pleasure of staying at Jacqueline’s apartment. The place is immaculately clean and equip with all the things we need. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our family is impressed by the breathtaking views of Swiss Alps mountain and lake Lucerne from the apartment. There are some steps to climb to access the apartment from the Carpark. Mini market is about 7 mins away by car. So is convenient.

I recommend this house. The house is beautiful, and the window overlooks the lake - have a good mood in the morning. We spent a week here and were able to reach many places by car, such as Rigi, Jungfraujoch and Lake Brienz. Sabrina and Jobst are very warm, and any questions that came up during our stay were answered quickly. Before arriving, they also inquired very nicely if we had children with us. After arrival we discovered many child-friendly facilities, and maybe we will come back with the kids in the future.

It was a wonderful stay. View from the property of snow clad peaks were awesome. Hosts were equally friendly and very sweet. Easy access to Bus/Train Station, nice restaurants and Migros. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for small families.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter, and were delighted with Maria's place! It was very clean and open, with easy access and the 3 floors really gave you space. Maria was very responsive to our requests, and always a delight to deal with. We couldn't have been happier!

Very nice place to stay with high quality amenities. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Cozy with the whirlpool, there is also a super extra available. The kitchen kitchen is very extensively equipped with a kitchen. Great host! We enjoyed it!

Great surroundings, great space, and amazing hosts. This is definitely not the last time we stay there when we visit the family in Switzerland. It is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to experience the Swiss idyll in the mountains!

The views were amazing!! Definitely one of the best stays in Switzerland. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and quiet, and the drive up wasn’t difficult as well. There is also a washer and dryer which is really convenient for long stays!

Maya’s guest house is very spacious. The house itself is very well built, warm and cozy even though it is so large. The living space is the whole bottom floor with underfloor heating and is a really nice place to relax and unwind. At night it is silent and pitch black with the shutters, so our child slept very well. Maya keeps it immaculately clean and is a very accommodating host. The house itself is surrounded by beautiful countryside and forests, which our dog loved. We wish we had stayed longer, but our trip meant we had to travel onward too soon. I hope we’ll be back sometime and I couldn’t recommend it more.

This is definitely the most amazing Air BnB I have ever stayed at! I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Switzerland. Ula was an exceptional host - she welcomed us, baked us cookies and provided lots of recommendations of local restaurants, activities and walks. The apartment was beautiful and tidy. We had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking! Cannot wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. From the beautiful views to all the available amenities (utensils, microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop etc), everything was perfect. The apartment was neat and clean. The location of the apartment is also great, just 3-4 min from the station. The mannlichen cable car station is located right in the front road. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in this place. We hope to come back here again someday.

Great place for family.

A gorgeous, obviously loved, home. Well equipped, warm and inviting. Close to Lake Zurich and only 15 minutes by train into the city. I’d definitely stay here again.
