My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were lucky enough to extend our stay and will certainly be back in the future - thank you and see you again soon!

The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. Plus, the water's temperature is superb! We will definitely be recommending it to others.

our family (16pax) enjoyed our stay for 3days and 2 nights. ms marjorie from the parking boat area and kuya eddie’s family are super friendly and kind. the place is so peaceful and our kids enjoyed the pool. while the young adults enjoyed the lake, karaoke and billiard table. our bonfire experience is super fun beacuse ot the card games we found inthe dining area. our host is very responsive as well. we had a happy memory here. thank you and until next time.

Thank you for allowing us to use the resort for the second time. Jam, also allows us to adjust our check in time since we are all tired came from work. Great place to stay if you like a farm stay. Strong AC and has kitchen. Lots of mosquitoes so better have citronella spray, mosquito repellant like off lotion. They have their own dogs so there is a potential may get conflict if you bring your own dogs. Our dogs are both chaser. So they chase 2 of their dogs and one of them bite my smaller dog. The caretaker was quick to leash their dog afterwards. They also have chickens. Pathwalk is quite muddy and tricky. If you are not carefull you can easily slip. The waether is noce it rains from time to time which makes it colder even at noontime. Overall, a great experience.

This Airbnb was perfect for our party! The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed, and the spacious rooms were a huge plus. Plenty of room for everyone to mingle. The ample parking was a lifesaver, too – no stress about finding spots. The host was very accommodating and made everything so easy. Highly recommend for gatherings!

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

Our trip was meant to be a quick visit to my dad’s hometown to reconnect. The place was exactly what we need with its proximity to the town plaza and along the main road to the town’s tourist destinations. The place is cozy and homey. Will likely our preferred place for our hometown visits that we will be doing more frequently.

My partner and I booked this place a day before check in. Perfect getaway for couples to realign away from distraction. It was a unique off-grid experience having an island to yourself (mostly - the caretaker does reside in the island with his family - they will not disturb you and Tony is very helpful when requested). We were surprised with how much larger the island was compared to the pictures - there's sufficient space for 15 people for sure specially if you bring a tent. The exterior of the structures are slightly worn out due to it's proximity to the water perhaps. The interior is very well maintained - we were surprised with how clean the inside of the guest structures were. The dedicated study/office is fantastic as well - which overlooks the firepit area and surrounding waters (although there is one cracked glass panel). Unfortunately, it was rainy when we were there so we weren't able to kayak or fish. We will next time though! Overall, highly recommend this place!

location: when you want to be surrounded by nature, then this is one great place. price: a very friendly rate. services: food can be ordered, from breakfast to dinner and in between. leisure activities like boating, fishing and island hopping is offered. swim pools and game rooms were all available for all ages. pets are allowed. accommodation: staying at King's Landing is like having the nature as your backdrop at your parent's place. protected from the weather, yet free enough to enjoy everything. amenities: we would have swam in the small lake but we just ran out of time. a 3-day stay would be nice. Tilapia fish could be ordered in the morning, so that was nice too. island hopping was something that we also missed. so we will do that next time. staff: very friendly and accommodating. they are visible whenever you need something. Tents are cozy, clean and private enough. suggestions: ✓ the menu could be laminated and be inside the tents, with a number to send message to, so we can readily order. numbers can also be placed beside tents for easy references. ✓birthday/anniversary packages (like decorations inside or outside the tent,.food packages) offers. ✓souvenir items perhaps?
