Our stay was flawless. The place was clean and looked exactly what was advertised in the listing. Nikka was also accommodating to our questions and requests and very responsive.

A super cozy and pleasant place to stay. We spent 7 nights here with no issues at all. Diana and Agnes were incredibly helpful with all my questions. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and a special thanks to Agnes for going above and beyond with the pool vouchers and handling my last-minute request. We loooved the place! Had my wedding prep here and we had everything we needed, plus a parking space pa for our photographers. My 2nd time booking here! It was great the 1st time , and even better the 2nd. Wifi is working well. Towels , soaps are a plus. Place is clean and there are basic utensils to use. Aircon is working well. The host is very responsive it was a smooth check-in and stay. Will book again in the future.

The place was beautiful and the same as posted in the app. It has a lot of restaurants around the neighbourhood too. It’s a good choice for short terms stay and extended visit. Highly recommended and would definitely be back again. Thanks.

I had an amazing experience staying at Vincent's place. He was incredibly accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to malls and easily accessible, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained. I must say this is my third time in the Philippines and the location and the place was excellent and the holes was great and very helpful. Even the security staff. I recommend this to friends. I will be coming back soon to stay here again again thank you Jay for your great hospitality.

Joan is a great host. She was always immediately responsive to our questions and always took care that we were happy guests. She came immediately with her husband Jason without fuss when the shower hose needed replacing. We were provided with all good amenities and comfortable furniture to make our 1 month stay enjoyable. We will stay here again for sure. 🤠

Ms. Vicky was very responsive before and on the date of our stay. Her instructions were thorough and easy to understand. Her place was clean and roomy which was perfect for the six of us who stayed the night. The view from the balcony was fantastic, too!

Most complete amenities of all the Palm Tree Villa rentals in which we have been guests. Well equipped kitchen except for lack of coffee maker. Excellent value for money for short term guests

Our stay was restful thanks to the clean, warm and homey unit of Sir Francisco. It was worth the price. It was a home away from home. All listed amenities are there. It was clean and smells fresh. The unit also has a good view from the balcony. Highly recommended! We look forward to booking this unit again in the future. Our host is very friendly, proactive and responsive as well.

Had a very comfy stay and the place was quiet. I also appreciate that it's close to restaurants so you can easily order food. There's also a convenice store downstairs where you can buy snacks and other stuff you may need during your stay. I super appreciate that there's a door code too instead of needing keys because that's one less thing to worry about especially for people like me who tend to misplace items. My one and only concern was that we didn't get an extra blanket, but I'm still giving them 5 stars because I'm sure they would've accommodated if we asked (we only realized we didn't have enough blankets when it was already midnight and I didn't want to bug them anymore that late) since the host and co-hosts were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Bathroom was great too! If you're like me who prefers a dry toilet area, that's how it was. No problems with water pressure too and no leaks whatsoever. Will definitely visit again!

Communication was flawless. Instructions were provided accurately and each of my questions were responded to quickly. The unit was clean and has everything that you need for your stay. Location was great as well as you have quick access to what you need (restaurants/malls) without the major inconveniences of the metro.

I love the soft, comfortable bed and the easy acess to the pool. The place is clean and cozy. The internet is fast and the host is very responsive. She accomodate us despite of the last minute booking and even did her best to allow us to check in on our preffered time.

The place is neat and complete. I love having the washing machine since I needed to wash some clothes. The bed could be upgraded but it is still comfortable. Some maintenance on the pin lights and door maybe. But the stay is good. I would recommend this.

It would've been better if there was a microwave available otherwise it was a good unit perfect for short stays. I would book again.

Roberto’s place feels right at home. Very clean, complete with washer, blower and iron. The place is near mrt, mall below the condo, banks, restaurants to choose from, fast wifi and above all the aircon is too cold! We love it! it was a perfect stay! The only downside is the blankets from the other rooms with bunk beds was way too thin but other than that it was truly a great stay! Thanks roberto!

I had a pleasant stay at this unit. The location is great, the space is clean, and it has a cozy ambiance that makes you feel at home. However, the heater wasn’t working during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially on colder days. That aside, it’s still a good place to stay, and I appreciate the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.
