Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lower Garden District, New Orleans

Perfectly located in a cozy and safe neighborhood. The pool was excellent to take a dip in! Blocks away from world renowned bars and food. Walking distance to street car. Never had trouble getting an uber. Ed was super accommodating and I cannot wait to stay at this residence again!

A perfect location and a gem of a place! I'm so glad I booked here. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect. Lot's to do and walkable to City Park. The place itself was probably the cleanest AirBNB I've ever booked - spotless and pristine. I loved the little touches they added throughout the home. My three year old and I stayed here and the layout was perfect for us. I would stay here again with kids in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to stay your close to everything. Home is cozy. If your looking to experience New Orelans this is a great place to be at.

Cynthia's place was conveniently located for our group's purposes. We walked the area to explore Freret Street's many cafes, and even walked to the zoo. We had easy check-in and check-out, and Cynthia was helpful and attentive when we needed assistance with something that came up.

We had a great time in Pat’s home! The home was as pictured, very clean, and had a great location. We appreciated having a parking spot and really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The house felt generous, and having three full baths was a plus! We will definitely recommend her home and book again when we return to NOLA!!!

Absolutely stunning house. Nancy was very responsive and gave us great advice on things to do. The house had everything we could need and I'm definitely investing in some chandeliers after seeing the stunning ones in her house. Hope to be back!

Even before our arrival, Brian was communicative and helpful. He even helped with a late check-out as our flight was scheduled later in the day. Upon arrival, Vic came to greet us. Showed us around the digs, showed us the lay of the land, and had written recommendations of places to see an restaurants! He did let us know we might see his dog and cat which we were excited to finally see them! The area is amazing. Easy to walk around and super short walks to the bus or street car. I will say, the listing does not do the place justice. We had ample space, it was quiet, comfortable, and we had amazing responsiveness through our trip. When rain was in the forecast Vic even let us know to use the umbrellas and/or ponchos. Everything about the place exceeded my expectations. We are already discussing a return trip and hope this will be available. I cannot thank Brian and Vic enough.

The Apartment is really close by to main attractions and restaurants. A good deal I had a great time!

Tim's place was great. My wife and I were there for an anniversary getaway. Tim's place was a beautifully kept shotgun home uptown with unique charm. It was extremely walkable to local bars/resturants/coffee shops/ and the street car. The bed was very comfy. It was not our first time in NOLA but first time staying uptown as we usually stay in CBD area. If you're looking for a place that feels like home...you won't be disappointed!

My daughter and I loved Dionne’s place. It was easy to find, had parking right outside the door, and was exactly as described. Everything was comfortable and Dionne was very responsive and had all of the information I could possibly need readily available. We loved the walk to the ferry landing which was made complete with a stop at Congregation Coffee. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our family stayed at the apartment for Thanksgiving. It was large enough to give everyone their own space and we loved the location. Walkable to French Quarter (or short uber ride) but very quiet. Super close to WW2 Museum. Secure, enclosed parking garage was in the back and easy to access.

Martin was very accommodating and welcoming. I stayed here with a husband on crutches and our autistic 4year old daughter. Martin offered an additional assistance device for the shower (we didn’t need to take him up on that) and even had games for young children. I like that the decor was simplistic so I didn’t have to worry about my daughter “getting into” a bunch of stuff. Martin is right next door so he was very responsive but we also didn’t hear a peep from him once we were all settled in so privacy was not an issue.

This condo in the central business District was perfect for our family New Orleans vacation. Outside of the hustle and bustle and noise of the French quarter but close enough to it to walk or take a short Uber ride. Located on the Saint Charles trolley line, also very easy to get to Magazine Street or any number of popular local destinations. The location of the condo and the ease of getting an Uber, coupled with the access to public transport means that we probably wouldn’t rent a car next time. Great style, the condo has two bedrooms (K & Q) with en suite bathrooms, and another king bedroom. This was very comfortable for our group of five and could serve more if people were coupled up. Brad was extremely responsive around check in and receptive to requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Ever in New Orleans and want an awesome place to stay, this is the place. Walking distance for the Pelican Basketball & Saints Stadium. A hop and skip from French Qtr and Bourbon St. Food and Adult beverages in every corner. Private, roomy, clean, beautiful view of night sky with awesome staff to help out. A definite return for us.

Excellent stay. Perfect location, blocks from the action. Brad responded to any question asked promptly and we LOVED his recommendation for Luke's right around the corner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here just off the river in the French Quarter. The canal was a block away, as was the Ruby Slipper where we had delicious breakfast every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you for hosting us Charles! We look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a GREAT stay! Condo is well equipped and in a fantastic location close to many things. The host's supplied great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. Inclusion of parking is a real plus. Host was very responsive when we needed clarification on how the parking worked. Great place to stay and we would absolutely stay here the next time we are in town.

This apartment is the perfect spot for two couples or a small family! The location is amazing, very clean, and spacious. Response was very quick and the check in and check out was as easy as it gets. We’d definitely come back to stay!
