Apartment vacation rentals in Lowell Point

Beautiful Alaska “staycation” early February- felt like the beginning on spring. The view of the water and mountains is probably the best and the setting still has the frontier feel. We have stayed a couple times and will continue due to the location and consistency of the customer service.

Terrific place with beautiful view of Resurrection Bay. Great for a couple-and small families.

Overall great, but I'd give a 4.5 if I could. But nothing really compromised our trip or mood, so a 5, just not a solid 5. The good things: - excellent kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, complete set of kitchenware, dining tables/chairs...) - decent amount of space/rooms The okay things: - bathroom is TINY -- could hardly do anything without scraping myself against the walls, easier to "back out" than turning around.... - The bathroom was also not very clean -- noticeable stains and dirt especially in/on the sink, some would be flushed down while using. - Noise travels fairly easily across the walls from the neighboring rooms. The bad things: - Wifi is very unstable -- sometimes no problem with video calls, sometimes couldn't even send a text/sticker message out. Our guess is that either the bandwidth is not sufficient to support so many users in the building (total of 4 units, so max 8 people), or the upload speed is terrible

This place was our favorite place to stay during our 2-week Alaska adventure! It was very spacious and had even more amenities than listed. Diana was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. We would 100% recommend this beautiful loft!

Tanya’s place was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It is located in town and walkable of 4th Avenue which was the Main Street with gift shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable with enough room for everyone. Considering we are country people who live remotely it the apartment and surroundings were quiet.

Bed was super comfortable. Lots of natural light from windows. Good water pressure.

Water views from top floor. Walkable to everything important in Seward.

We enjoyed staying at Samantha's apartment. It was quiet, very clean, and close to the events we wanted to attend. It's a good value for Seward on the Fourth of July!

Perfect location, you can walk to the shore and several restaurants. Was nice and quiet and peaceful. Bed was so luxuriously comfortable, it was the best sleep I've had in awhile. Almost didn't want to get up and go hiking.

House was perfect for our family! Living room furniture as well as the beds were all super comfortable! The tv isn’t a smart tv but there are lots of dvds available or bring your own fire stick to stream. We walked from town twice twice with no issue. Would definitely stay again if we return to Seward!

Shirley’s place was a wonderful, easy quiet place for us party of six celebrating a birthday. super close to the town of Seward, including different restaurants, coffee, and grocery store. The back deck was a cozy place to enjoy the view and some fresh air and supplemented by the front large parking area to include a fire pit and ready to use cleaned barbecue. We’re all super great bonuses. Also a little creek nearby made a great peaceful sound as we enjoyed the fire Shirley was a great host very responsive great instructions and the place was very clean.
