The place is nice and clean, very spacious and in a peaceful area. The host is friendly and very responsive. We had a nice stay, thank you!

This was perfect for a large group of 6 people. We were all comfortable. Having cats and ducks in the yard made the experience truly feel like we were away from the city yet we were a close drive to Arad. Ana-Maria went above and beyond in helping us find something we had lost after we had already checked out and we were very greatful. Overall, the experience was wonderful.

It's a nice cozy place close to the main city street. The neighborhood is quiet, and the apartment has all the necessary amenities. The communication with the host was good and clear.

Very good accommodation. Great location not far from city centre, spacious, clean and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood, near the park. In the park there is a public fountain with good drinking water, so no need to buy water. Self check-in and check-out. It's worth to mention that the shower is small, not fit for bigger persons. I would say that it is a good value for money.

I have only words of praise for both Mr. Ovidiu and his place. I communicated very easily with Dnl Ovidiu, he replies messages very quickly. And related to the apartment, it's impeccable. For 10 days it felt like home, very much but taste furnished. Will return with love.

New and clean apartment with everything you need in it. Everything was impeccable. Neighborhood was nice and on walking distance to city center, with big supermarket across the street for all things you might need (it is still developing but should be top location very soon). Iulian was very nice and very easy to communicate with, so everything that might pop up will be resolved fast.
