Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lovers Point

Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice and spacious, possibly even nicer than it appears in the pictures. The playground across the street was super convenient for our kids, and it's easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. We were a bit worried about the noise from route 1, but it's super quiet in the house and it was a problem in the least. It's an industrial neighborhood outside of the immediate couple of blocks, but had enough good restaurants and coffee shops that we were well served. All in all, a very good stay.

We had a wonderful time at this house! Plenty of room for 4 adults & 2 kids, beautifully decorated house and accurate photos. Pros: -Lots of beach toys, chairs, and towels -Central location -Spacious -Well kept house -Large backyard with fire pit and seating Cons: -Only one shower, but we made it work! (It was too cold to use the outdoor shower) -No dedicated parking spot (but we were able to find parking & used the permit) Michelle was very responsive and the instructions were clear. We are already looking forward to another stay!

Definitely a beach gem! About .5 mile to the village. Next to a fun thrift store and self pour kombucha place. We loved staying here. Tamara was amazing and quick to respond to my every question.

This place was so cute and cozy. Perfect little place to have Christmas. We loved the place so much that my wife and I ended just cooking all of our meals here and just taking long walks with our dog around the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here everytime we came back to Carmel.

The place was lovely and Kyle was very responsive when we had questions. One day we had a lot of ants come in from the rainy weather, but they disappeared one day later. We had challenges logging into the ROKU, but Kyle responded quickly and helpfully and got us all squared away. We had a lovely stay.

Wow, What a wonderful stay at Marleen’s! The house was so cozy and a perfect stay for the holiday. Such a cute house in a quiet little neighborhood. Perfect for the family!

Carolyn’s place was perfect for what we needed and was a great value in an ideal location. Walking distance to lots of grocery shopping for needed supplies and some decent restaurants for breakfast and lunches when we didn’t want to get back into the car before & after a long trip. She was also very responsive to any questions or requests.

This property was exactly as advertised! Location was great right next to the beach. Loved that we had private parking and the property was very clean and spacious for what we needed. We will definitely book this place again!

What a cute place with absolutely EVERY comfort you can think of. Heated floors, heated toilet seat with bidet, towel warmer, and a jacuzzi tub. Michele has truly thought of everything you could need for a stay. It’s very clear she takes pride in being a host. Where charm and luxury meet! Also, just a quick walk to downtown Carmel.

We loved staying at the hidden gem!! Had everything we needed and was super cozy. It was super convenient to downtown Santa Cruz, and we loved walking to 11th hour coffee every morning. Also made for a great home base to explore Big Sur! Would stay again.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

We enjoyed Dan and Dan’s in Capitola and would recommend! It is a very walkable to the beach and an array of restaurants. Their place does have some beach toys, which the kids looooved. We spent one week there before Thanksgiving. Some downsides of the place, as outlined in their description, are that we had to sleep next to our kids upstairs, the walls are thin between this place and their other rental, and the garage is tight so takes some attention to detail to be able to park in there, not uncommon in Capitola. All things we can live with and would be happy to return.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

Great place to stay! Love the proximity to Monterey/Carmel but also felt so private and peaceful. The photos don’t do this justice- we were so happy to see the view and be steps from the gorgeous beach! We watched dolphins from the balcony! The place was cozy and comfortable. Marc the host had great communication. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

We have stayed in Capitola several times over the years and hand's down this is our favorite rental. Location is perfect and the rental is well maintained and decorated. The large ceilings make the unit feel much bigger than it is. We will definitely stay here again as Jennifer was a great host!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Aaron was a wonderful host and the place was beautiful. The place was situated at a great location and very close to the beach and a lovely breakfast place. The house was nice clean and quite, and has plenty of amenities and games for our family to play with. We would totally come back again.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.

This was my 2nd stay at Theresa's wonderful condo and I can't wait to return! The condo is very nice, clean and well-appointed. The location is amazing-- a short walk to the gorgeous beach and a short drive to an incredible redwood forest with great hiking. The view from the condo is stunning and Theresa is an exceptional host.
