Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Louisville

Jess and Joe were very helpful in accommodating my family and I’s needs. We have two 4 month old twins in which they had a bassinet already in the home, but Jess brought an extra pack and play over for our other baby which was so nice of her to do. The home was very clean and easy to access. Everything in the home was as described by the pictures in the listing. The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 infants. The back yard was cozy although we did not get a chance to enjoy the dining table or fire pit, we did get to enjoy the hot tub which was very nice. If I ever visit Louisville again I would definitely stay here and I would recommend this house for anyone to stay at. Overall the area felt safe and we were not bothered by any of the surrounding neighbors, etc. Parlour pizza across the street was also a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and have a drink after a long day of travel while trying to settle into the house. This Kentucky home is a perfect place to stay for visiting Bourbon country. Great location, short drive to restaurants. The house is beautiful and well stocked. All the bedrooms are upstairs, so if stairs are a problem this might be a consideration. Peaceful, beautiful backyard. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 10 people and it felt like everyone had enough space. Location was great, walkable 3 blocks to Feast (best BBQ in town!) and the pizza across the street was pretty delicious as well. Nice quiet neighborhood slept so well. Whit was a great host! His home felt warm and was filled with good energy. He welcomed our two giant dogs who loved the back yard and watching the birds and squirrels outside. The bed warmer was a major plus. Everything was wonderful would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing warm good vibe stay in Louisville! Thanks Whit!

What a great stay! I got this place for my adult kids and grandkids as a Christmas gift. Everyone loved it! There is something to do for all ages here! The beds are comfortable and Deb has many thoughtful touches throughout and made us feel right at home! The kids loved karaoke and the whole family loved watching the kids sing! The outdoor games in the basement were a huge hit as it was still too cold to play outside. My boys and husband loved the man cave and I loved cooking in that kitchen. Plenty of space for all of us to sit and eat dinner together! We loved the record player during meals. We all enjoyed the big bedrooms. We will be back this summer to swim! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely rent again.

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

We had a great time at Lisa and Brad’s place! The home was a perfect for our group of six adults, a dog, and a toddler - the pup and toddler loved playing outside! The vibe was so homey, and they had all possible cooking and personal care needs taken care of. They were great at communication, actively reaching out with details that helped make check-in super easy.

i pick this specific cabin on this resort every time i make the trip down to KY and its worth it every time! I'll most definitely be staying here in the future!

We stayed at Toni’s place while we were house hunting in the area. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed! We traveled with our 1.5 yr old and there was a great playground a short walk away!

We have stayed in this resort on several occasions. This was our first with Matt. The house was just as described with several amenities. Feel free to look at my profile to see how I’ve commented about other hosts. Matt set the bar to an extreme level. We were there during the storms/rain in the area. Matt promptly replied to every text within minutes showing a true care and concern for our safety. Highly recommend this house for your next stay! Kudos to Matt

Denise was a wonderful host. She was proactive in her communication and very generous with recommendations and offering any assistance. Our kids appreciated the small playground and fire pit area - the smores kit was a fun touch! The Whiskey River Cottage was the perfect spot to spend a few days. Great location for us as we explored the surrounding area during the day. We would stay here again.

What a great peaceful retreat, not too far away from Louisville. Great to relax with the birds chirping around us and not much else to disturb us! The place had a wide open but warm feel letting in plenty of light during the day. We enjoyed hanging outside on the deck and also took short hikes into the woods alongside the creek - which were so peaceful and nice. The master bedroom was cozy as well to relax in and watch movies. John was very accommodating to meet all of our needs!

Very easy to find, close to the event we were in town for, quiet area, and felt safe during the severe weather that occurred during our stay. Just wish we could’ve had better weather to get to enjoy more of the outdoor space!

This place was so clean, neat, and homey. We loved the quiet, peaceful location. We traveled with our three young children (ages 6, 4, and 1) and felt bad that they were so loud in the evening as we shared a wall with the owner. I'm sure they could hear all the screaming and crying that was going on. I wasn't aware that we would be so close to others as we try to keep our distance with our loud kids to keep from disrupting others. There was a friendly neighborhood cat that my youngest was crazy about! The cat ran righti n the front door and was super affectionate.

The Justin Finch Cabin was comfortable and well equipped for a fun weekend away.

Perfect location for a lake weekend with friends! Clean and comfortable, love having a hot tub to relax in the evening. Gated neighborhood and cameras added an extra layer of feeling safe. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!! Had the best time!

This place was the most beautiful backdrop for our little family get together. The home itself is in one word fantastic. It’s big, comfortable and well designed. You can tell that the hosts were so intentional and thoughtful about every aspect of the interior of the home. There are so many places to sit and enjoy the view or cozy up and watch a movie or have a nice meal. All the couches and furniture were incredibly comfortable as well. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great for us as we like to cook. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. If we ever find ourselves in that neck of the woods again, we would not hesitate to come back and enjoy another stay.

This was a beautiful cabin to stay at for the weekend for my friend’s birthday. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely come back here. There were 8 of us and not a single person had a complaint :)
