The Winston | Walkable Luxury Loft in Downtown

ZacharyRating, 5 starstoday
I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! Check-in was seamless. Clear instructions and super easy access made arrival a breeze. The location is unbeatable, as it is just a short walk or quick ride to Fourth Street Live, KFC Yum! Center, and tons of great restaurants and bars. It also proved to be a perfect launching point for exploring the Bourbon Trail. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well designed. I wish I would have had more time to stay and enjoy it! I’ll definitely be booking here again for a longer visit. If I wasn’t already locked in at another spot, with a group of 15, for the Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life tours, I would have rebooked this place without hesitation. Highly recommend!
A modern bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with white subway tiles and a black tile floor. A white towel hangs on a bar beside the shower. A sleek toilet is positioned next to a textured bath mat for added comfort.

Grace's Air b and b is in close proximity to the city and at a great price. The neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance of multiple places. I definitely recommend cafe shiraz for whoever stays at the air b and b next.

Large 2 King BR | Free Parking | Secure | Walkable

TerahRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The house was beautiful, well stocked, and in a great location. We had 5 kids with us and there was plenty for room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. We had fun playing board games and relaxing together in the evenings between sightseeing. We felt very safe in the building. Noise wasn’t bad at all but if you are someone who needs total darkness for sleep, I would suggest an eye mask, because the downtown lights are not completely blocked out. We would certainly stay here again! We did also have a wonderful experience with the host, who was very willing to accommodate and work with us on some check out hang ups. (Issues that were completely our own poor planning and had nothing to do with the apartment.)
A spacious living area features a large sectional sofa with soft cushions, a wall-mounted television, and minimalistic shelves. A dining table with six chairs is visible in the background, alongside a modern kitchen with black appliances and white cabinetry.

LOCATION! LOCATION! Downtown Luxury 4th St LIVE!

ScottRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Perfect place to stay for our golfing / bourbon tour trip! Andy’s condo is steps from 4th Street Live and a short walk to Whiskey Row. We received check-in instructions that afternoon which made getting into the condo a breeze. Everything was as advertised - the condo was nicely appointed and had plenty of space for us. As others have mentioned there are a number of stairs to get up to the unit so please be aware of that. Andy proactively informed us about a problem with the outer lock and gave us an alternate means of entry so we weren’t at all inconvenienced. All in all it was a great place for us to stay in Downtown Louisville. Thanks Andy for your hospitality and making renting your unit a stress-free process!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. We will be moving to Kentucky next year and have things to do. Thank-you so much for the hospitality. Peter and Sandy F.

The Beje (‘bay-hay’)-King Bed-Coffee Bar

DaleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was our second time staying here, probably not the last. It is very clean, quiet and well equipped where I do not have to bring much with me other than our own bare essentials. There is plenty of open area in the apartment for us to have some personal space for the weekend and not be in a small hotel room. We walked into town for dinner, shopping and even stumbled on the train museum which was a great way to spend some down time. You might even see the train going through the center of town, but don't worry, you won't hear it when you are relaxing at the apartment. Overall a great experience, looking forward to coming back next year.

Swanky 2 LEVEL CONDO WALK TO Everything Highlands!

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!
